I tried translating this as well! I compared some parts with yours. I'm only at intermediate level in Korean, so some words I had to look up. Since English is my native language, I tried to make it flow naturally in English. But, some of the more poetic and beautiful parts of the lyrics in Korean don't translate well directly. I feel like I'd have to take some liberties on the lyrics in English to give something with the same sentiment, but not a direct translation. Especially to convey the meaning attached to 만드네, I feel that the first line it's used, and the last line where it's used again but 바라보게 is changed to 아름답게 is really nice. But it seems complicated to try and explain that in English in a poetic way, haha. I'll post my translation below, if you're curious :)

@@Chidchiejoon Hmm.. I was watching this performance again for like the.. ikd how many times. But, I realized something with the first and last lyric change. In the beginning it's:
도시는 너를 더 바라보게 만드네
In the end it's
도시를 너는 더 아름답게 만드네
So, the subject and object switched here. So wouldn't that mean in the end sentence it translates to:
"You make the city more beautiful"
Instead of it being the other way around. Since the 를 and 는 are switched.

@@creativefashion4954 Hmm... I can't say I really see that interpretation. Can you elaborate on why you think it is that way? For me, there's no comparison being made in the sentence structure, like using 보다 or 비하다. Also, the leading line is:
회색 빛깔 바래진 도시는
너를 더 바라보게 만드네
The first part establishes the city. It's gray colored and has become faded. But it is only a sentence fragment. The real sentence is both parts together. I left them on separate lines because of the way they're sung in the song. The second part establishes 너를 as the object. The verb is 만들다, which means to make. So the verb is acting on 너를, the object. But the verb is being modified by 바라보다 using 바라보게. 바라보다 means to look, watch, gaze, hope. So using 게 with it and 만들다 verb, makes it like.. making someone or something gaze at someone or something. In this case, 너 is the object make to look, or see, or gaze at something. And, it would appear the city, being faded and gray, is what is making 너 (you) look more, or gaze more, or see more.
So, I guess I would maybe interpret the whole sentence as:
"The gray-colored city that has become faded allows you to see more" or
"The gray-colored city that has become faded makes you gaze [out] more" Like looking outside of the city, towards the stars maybe.. or
"The gray colored city that has become faded allows me to see you better"
The issue is it's not clear if the narrative voice of the song is meant to be implied as the subject, which would go with the 3rd option, or if the line is meant to be taken at face value with not implied context for subject so that the city is making 'you' do something, or having an effect that causes you to do something. Because 너를 has the 를, the verb 만들다 could be acting directly on it or an implied narrative voice from context could be "speaking" thus making 너 the object of what the speaker is doing. I've seen both usages in sample sentences. So, really I'm not sure.
Looking at the rest of the song, the common theme is someone, the narrative voice of the singer, making promises to another person. To take them away, to another place, to fly in the night sky, through the stars and stuff. So, to me, it makes sense for this speaker to be consistent throughout the song lyrics, so that in the beginning the speaker is still addressing this person.
Here is the story as I see it:
Bibi sees a sad soul in pain, vibrant colors being pushed down by the bleakness of the city. Trying to escape, but trapped, like a bird in the cage, waiting for someone to saver them. Because the lights are so bright, this person can't even let their true colors be shown, no one can see their brilliance, but Bibi can. In fact, Bibi sees the beautiful colors more because of the contrast with the bleak faded gray city. It makes her look out more, searching for something, someone. Then, Bibi promises to do whatever it takes to see that one smile, to bring out the beautiful colors again. Promises to take their hand, show them a place full of wondrous moonlight, starlight, over snow-covered hills. How high they would be, and no one would know. It'd be their little secret. And Bibi, after having known this person, seeing their brilliant and beautiful colors, now sees that the city can be more beautiful now, because that person is in it.
Now here's the twist, interpret Bibi to be writing this to herself. Because she said herself on the show that she hated life in the 'concrete jungle' and went through a hard time when she first moved to Seoul for her music, having come from a small rural town with only 2 buses. She said she wrote this based on her feelings from that time. So she's empowering herself, promising to make herself smile, to shine brightly, rise above the pain of the struggle and harshness of the city life. Also, some of that could be channeling from her feelings of support from Yoon Mirae and Tiger JK as also being there for her during her struggles and taking her into their agency, basically becoming her musical parents. I don't know the exact timeline on when she moved to Seoul and when she joined their agency, though. So some of this is speculation and intuition from what I've seen from the show.
So again, I'm not really 100% sure. But, if you know something I don't and can explain a better translation, and explain why it is that way, please let me know. I'm only an intermediate level in Korean, after all. And I only made this translation because I really wanted to know the meaning of the song. And because I really fell for Bibi and her voice.
