BUDGET scooter build! AMAZING RESULTS! (1987 Honda Elite 50cc) Rust-Oleum Gloss Seaside Spray Paint!

This rare 1987 Honda Elite 50 gets some much needed attention! It is one of my favorite, most fun scooters I have, so I thought Id put some time and a little money into it to really make it pop and be a reliable rider. Top speed is about 37mph. Could easy go 45 with some simple mods but I chose not to do those in this episode. Maybe in the future. Let me know what you guys think of the build in the comments.
