Great video Matthew!! In my opinion, this manufacturer just took over first place in the quality of construction and design of a 5th wheel! Alliance has just raised the bar to never before seen heights!! The size of the shower in this 5th wheel, the no luan and aluminum frame construction, the porcelain toilet, the size and placement of the television, the full size stove, and the size of the storage, should have many manufacturers scrambling to keep up!
Nonporous surface means the surface is completely smooth with no microscopic crevices for bacteria to hide in. A smooth nonporous surface is critical for food prep safety; for example preventing food poisoning otherwise occurring, when a porous surface comes in contact with salmonella bacteria from raw chicken or raw eggs; which even after "cleaning", can still hide salmonella bacteria on the counter, just waiting to hitchhike on an apple Grandma just set on the counter for little Johnny.
I believe you will discover the reason Alliance did not choose frameless windows is because over time frameless windows have had their own track record of maintenance issues, in addition to usually limiting air flow even if they open. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't buy their windows from Bob Tiffin; Tiffin makes quality windows!! Speaking of windows, my father-in-law invented the bubble window used in pickup truck caps way back in the day in Elkhart.
Alliance's posted Warranty sticker for FULL TIME USE is an earthshaking, landmark moment in the RV industry!! It will shake the RV industry to the core as consumers will wake up to the realization that there never was a warranty for full time use before now. No more hiding in the fine print with the "not built for full time use" excuse to void warranties. On top of that, think of the consequences of Newmar just losing a landmark lemon law lawsuit in Federal Court?? Things are looking up for the consumers of RV products!! Keep up the good work Matthew!!

I'm sure this isn't the first time you heard it nor will it be the last but your wife is right and you are wrong. I like the fact that it's on a 12 inch I-beam with a 10 inch drop frame. I love the fact of the Innovation to fit and finish of the product. 2 I love the fact you can get a dishwasher with it. I'm just not sure about slides all being on a schwintek system versus a rack and pinion system. I see you adopted my word, sconces for the wall lights and no they are not Art Deco LOL. I also like the wet Bay and the storage. Unlike you, I can't think of anything I didn't like. Great video as usual guys!

We love this fifth wheel!! Love the stairs, three a/c's, wingard, set up with tv across from theater seats, space behind the fireplace, island, residential stove, refrigerator and w/d, soft close drawers, I have to say, soft close toilets, PPPP, size of shower. I LOVE EVERYTHING!! Only things I don't like is the dining table instead of dinette, no hand-held shower head. THANK YOU for doing this one!!!

this rv is super nice got storage, the utilities are set in a nice area and easy to handle and that shower is big. for this to be a new company they hire the nail on the head just to show us that to have all that good stuff you have to go big. like what you told about pin weight and being able to truly tow a fifth wheel.

Well, size is always going to be a bit of a trade-off. After watching countless RV videos, I've learned that in many cases, the size will always be a teensy compromise. With fifth wheels, you're always going to need extra space when you park them. On the other hand, this brand decided "We already went past 37' so let's push the envelope and install a full residential bathroom with walk-in closet." They really squeezed every freaking square inch out of this monster. I'd be nervous about getting too close to the maximum allowed weight after going crazy, filling up all the cabinets and hidden storage spaces.

    Matt and Andrea -
This is my 3rd video I've watched from you and this definitely has more detail and not as rushed, I appreciate it! I'm ok with 35-40 minutes... I would rather have the ability to learn more than miss the things I just didn't know were on there or as important.
    WHAT I LOVE:
    - Upgraded Suspension/Tire package.
    - Flush Floor sliders
    - 1-1/2 Baths, that's a must for me
    - Stove/Oven - love the space
    - Appreciated the note about adding weight to the back of the 5th wheel to compensate for the stackable W/D if added.
    - Appreciate the option for a dishwasher
    - I like all of the exterior discharge handles in the front storage "water panel". Seems much safer than having handles outside, down by the waste discharge, etc. as I've seen on some lower end models from other manufacturers.
    - Like I mentioned on my other common for your other video I watched today... it seems like there are NO floor vents, which I prefer. I DID notice a floor vent in the Master Bath, it it was behind the toilet below the shut off valve, which is much better if you have to have one.
    - I love that the Paradigm series is built and rated for full timers. Excellent, a must have for my purchase. Well done!
    - I also love the upgraded (yet standard for Alliance) exterior panels so there aren't internal moisture issues (from what I understand) and that's a must have for me too. Well done.
    QUESTIONS:
    - I notice these Paradigm 5th wheels don't have the 2 pane frameless windows, you briefly mentioned it. I've heard the frameless offer better insulation and no fogging. I noticed in your video, there was some fogging/sweating on those style windows. What's better?
    - I would add a visual latch to the panty by the slide out next to the fridge. If that door swings open and someone forgets to close it... I'm curious if that's an issue?
Thanks again for posting this, well done and cheers to both ALLIANCE and "Matt's RV Reviews (Towables)" for detail on the Alliance lineup. I live in Seattle and haven't walked through one yet... great product!
    Cheers! Joel

The change in color of the cabinetry from the light to dark in the living room, is to show and feel separation of the 2 spaces. It also gives the cabinetry around the t.v. and above the couch a feel of furniture.

I knew it was going to be massive but even I'm shocked by how much storage space is in that thing. The problem is what kind of rig to pull with it. I've seen one family just give up on pickup trucks and buy a "baby semi" to tow it! It's called the International Sportsman. They're pricey but they give even Ford diesels nuclear wedgies when it comes to towing. I swear those things could tow a "shorty" semi trailer loaded to the ceiling.
PS: The Sportsman truck is so honking massive that not only will it never break a sweat towing this trailer but the rear seat is a power folding bed! So technically, you could sleep a family of four and still have your sister and her husband sleep in the truck!

Matt, Andrea, my wife and I watched your review of the new 2021 Alliance RV Paradigm 370fb which we found to be awesome!! We have owned and lived in our first RV, a 2002 38ft King of the Road Royalite 5th wheel we bought about 5 years ago. And so while we, as inexperienced RV'ers, did not have any experience to compare it to (and it was to become our new full time home!) I believe we made a good choice as far as the price goes and the value we were getting for the money we spent (which was well under $10k). I do wish I was better prepared for the task of living in and working on an RV, especially full time, as there was a lot to learn which I am STILL doing to this day as you might imagine!! So I listened closely to what either of you had to say in the video that I could use . Having said that...my wife and I were a bit taken back by the way you... 'interacted' with your wife in the video- a bit rude and unprofessional, in our opinion. Both my wife and I were interested in her opinion of the RV, as well as yours of course, and thought you kind of "Man handle" her when she was about to speak or offer her opinion. Now you might be thinking "Who the F are you, and who gives a ratts ass what You think?" But if I and my wife thought that might others do so as well? And if so might that have an effect on the "sales" you might make as a dealer??? I'm just saying...it would be much more courteous and professional if you treated you video review Co-Star (and wife, correct?) with more respect (in general and as a RV expert, which she is compared to me, for sure!). And, I wont have to get embarrassed for her by the way you treated her which would keep me from coming to your place of business if I had choices when ready to buy! Now my wife and I both thought that you did a good job reviewing the RV. However, my wife pointed out that she was really interested in Andrea's opinion as women tend to think about things differently than men do. So, if you care to respond, or completely discard my remarks, thats fine. I will read seriously any thing you have to say in response to me. And I am not trying to bust your balls. But my wife and I thought you might be interested in our "Review", for what its worth! So, I will end with that except to say I will welcome any RV "advice" you might have for me in regards to living in, working on, and maintaining an RV, from a Master to the Grasshopper!😜

Love this 5th Wheel. There is not a lot to dislike in this unit. I am with Matt on this I'd prefer all one color of cabinet. At most lower cabinets one color and upper another color. Full size stove WOW. Love the fireplace storage and that master bathroom is gorgeous. So much storage!

That is such a beautiful home on wheels! Love the storage all over, love the kitchen and love those bathrooms. And also, sorry Matt, I do like that separation in color. The only things I do not like is I don't own it, its gonna take a damn big truck and a damn big space.

Golly, you'd need some serious muscle such as a Dodge Ram 3000-series truck. I think Dodge made a mistake by not having their Viper V10 engines as options in their pickups. When they first did that, the entire pickup industry was caught off guard and spent a while trying to catch up. Even my dad bought a Ram with the 5.7 V8 and we have to admit, Chrysler makes more reliable trucks than GM. I should know better, I drove a Jeep Cherokee and it was in the family for 13 YEARS. Drove it until the cooling system just rolled over and died. Unfortunately it wasn't cost effective to repair it compared with buying a new vehicle.

Thank you so much for the awesome video review!! 😀 So far, this is my Favorite fifth wheel possibility for my husband and me to trade in our 2019 Class A as we’re looking for more open space and various other things that the fifth wheel full-time living offers 👍 getting ready to research what service would be like with this one, looking for one that would be easy to service in various places rather than just in one place. Thank you again 🤗 you guys make a Wonderful Team! 👏 👏👏

Arguing with yo wife...tsk tsk. I agree with her on the colors, sorry Matt, not sorry.🙀That table should be foldable so in case you need extra room for whatever. It looks foldable.👀Overall, it certainly is impressive!
One common bad thing I see looking around at fifth wheels, is how they will make true, zero degree tested, four season fifth wheels which is always a plus. Then go and skimp on thermal pane windows.
Always love the reviews! Keep up the hard work! Already over 28,000 and rapidly climbing! Be blessed friend.

Matt: At 17:55 you were commenting about Nonporous. That means the countertop doesn't absorb liquids, bacteria that can damage a countertop. Certain surface countertops offer more protection than others like marble, granite, Corian but would require periodic sealing to keep the effectiveness of the finish. Other counter top surfaces like an engineered quartz that is bound together with epoxy is 100% non porous and would not require periodic sealing. So in your case of the video, the countertop is completely food-safe for handling say a turkey for a thanksgiving dinner (since the oven can handle a turkey).

I watch a lot of their videos because he's one of the very few who will not hesitate to show you around and get into the RV and give you a complete tour in the baking Florida sun. And I've been to Florida, it does get very hot and humid. Meanwhile, other RV salespeople are trying to educate you and they're in their air conditioned showroom, talking like a drunk who just got up at 5 am! LOL. In one video, Matt got compliments from viewers for always showing everything outside his trailers, even the roof. One customer skipped over a brand he recommended because the roof was a disaster. The brand didn't bother to even tie down the cables! That's an accident waiting to happen.

That is beautiful! I think either 2 toned or one tone cabinets are fine. I think I would have liked a Dinette instead, or ergonomic chairs to work on laptop. I know the stairs up to the bedroom enable that large storage area, but would like the option for no stairs. The space in the whole thing is amazing. Love the storage!

Sorry Matt, Andrea is right about the separate cabinet colors.
    1. It does visually separate rooms/spaces.
    2. All dark cabinets throughout would make the main area feel cave like.
    3. White/ivory cabinets have been on trend in sticks and bricks for several years and RV Manufacturers are beginning to use these lighter colors now as well.

Love the RV, but agree, the AC should be Whisper Quiet, also would prefer the Theater Seats with the Side by Side cup holders vice front and back. One other thing i would like to see is more builders giving the option of an Induction Cook Top vice the Gas Oven. Thanks for sharing the review. Truely believe for a new RV company, Alliance is heading in all the right directions.

I'm wondering, does Alliance have destination trailers, as well? Since they're building it for full time living, I'd prefer all one level for us retirees with Dachshunds! I'm thrilled that I could have a dishwasher as well as washer/dryer combo! The ONLY thing I dislike is that 1/2-bath door... put it on the hallway side, rather than IN The kitchen. My FAVORITE thing about the Alliance brand is the light and bright cabinetry in the Avenue! THAT is wonderful, as it feels like a cheerful HOME!!!
