@@PROPERTYHUNTERGHANA House is on a half plot not a full plot, the house have no standby Generator/no solar, no Elevator to access upstairs to master bedroom think of old age with stairs climbing or should the owner tomorrow bcos of car accident/ sickness is disabled...
Our Nigerian estate developers are building the same house with standby Generator/inclusive elevator for a price of 300,000 Dollars.. beware

The price of $350,000 Negotiable is too much in my opinion and I agree with the other poster that a price of 230k to 250k is better. This property is in Oyarifa, its not like its in the Airport Residential area, Cantonments, Trasacco or East Legon.

No privacy with the neighbors looking directly into the pool & windows is a problem. At least plant trees for some privacy.
