4.18 is the voltage of the battery, not the discharge rate in mA. VC does not discharge to measure capacity, and charge rate is 1000mA maximum. Charge input is not the conventional way to measure capacity, though it is usually close to low-rate discharge capacity.

Looks like the NiteCore battery has a USB-C charging port. If so, that would consume internal battery storage real estate space, but in exchange, it adds recharging functionality. Seems like a fair exchange.
