great recap, but one name correction..The Chief of Police (corrupt) is not named Affable, the officer who holds the ledgerbook at the end is named Affable....I think the Chief of Police's actual name is never mentioned...only Officer Affble mentioned a few times in short scenes when they are conversing (*over the sewer drain when Chief can;t get up, due to ate too many chocolate bribes...LOL)...
