Applying Decals - Soft Spoken Natural ASMR

- Relax as I apply some decals to a couple of slot cars. My club has started racing this particular type of car and so I obtained a couple of them and in this video I apply some decals to the car bodies.
My videos are best enjoyed using headphones or earbuds
This video was produced with relaxation in mind and hopefully has some ASMR qualities. Too much stress is harmful to your well-being and in today’s fast-paced world, stress management is more important than ever, and so I hope this ASMR video acts as a stress reliever for those watching and a sleep-aid for anyone having a difficult time falling asleep.

love this video! this reminds me when i was younger i had a slot car track but it was miniature, and it had loops and ramps and i remember it was the coolest thing, i vividly remember applying decals to the side of the car.

Ahh yes, the radio controlled Kyosho Mini-Z cars. I've seen those and thought they looked like fun. I used to race RC cars too except they were 1:10th and 1:12th scale.

I loved running slot cars when I was younger, unfortunately all the tracks closed down years ago where I live. I think they look pretty darn good for the price. Is the VIper missing a wing because it flew off the track one day? ^_^ That would happen to me once in awhile.
Yeah, it's hard to make a profit running a track and that's why I suspect that having a track for others to race on is just sort of a hobby for the track owner. Most rack owners are also participants in the races.

EDIT:So, Most pep talks are about how you can be more than "good enough", but it think everybody needs to hear that honestly, "good enough" is called that for a reason. Just live your lives, dont get caught up on the little things.
Model anything is really relaxing.
Personally I collect and make GamesWorkshop models. Expensive lil buggers. But man is the quality top notch.
I dont even go to "tabletop war" with them. I just love the way they look after they are complete. That and I'm a massive Warhammer Fantasy nerd. So I love to have an army of Dwarves on display. Lol

Use heat when applying decals on curves.
All you need to worry about is making sure you get those taillights perfect because that’s all they will be seeing baby!

RelaxingASMR long time watcher,first time commenter. I’ve enjoyed your videos for close to 2 years now and have helped me find la la land many of times after coming home late from the night shift and trying to find a way to unwind. My favourite video of yours I would have to say was where you write out the top populations of the world. Lots of great stuff in that video, in particular I liked when the lid on the bottle of ink was stiff. The sound of the ink when you shake the bottle gets me every time. Thank you and nice of you to say, but if you are talking about the part where I say not to strive for absolute perfection in minor matters and needlessly pressure yourself...I figure most folks know that. Save the struggle for perfection for when it matters most, less you become a rather dull person preoccupied with perfection in all matters of existance.

P.s. You have too much of an obsession with perspective in drawing and a natural eye for technical specifics mixed to be a layman. Are you an engineer sir? I still get occasion to work on a heavy machine tool so I stow my iron ring in my tool box. But I have the feeling you have a ring of your own.

You doing alright , R? Noticed that over the past couple uploads you've put in prompts for ppl to subscribe. You never really use to do that and I know you have a this channel you're wanting to maintain the growth of but ..... idk it feels like you're afraid of losing us? I suppose what I'm tryna ask is : Why are you becoming heavier , if at all before , on the "Please Subscribe" inputs now rather than in the beginning of the channel?
Good question. All is good. Asking people to subscribe is what is known as a "call to action" and so-called CZcams experts say that content creators should always put this call to action in their videos. Simple as that. Generally I feel many people don't really want anyone to know they watch ASMR videos and therefore are reluctant to subscribe. My CTA is just an appeal for them to subscribe. I probably should also ask people to click the bell icon so that they get alerted when I release a new video. Back in the day I wasn't aware that I should be inserting CTAs in my videos. I have the best subscribers on YT and though I do loose some, the drop-off rate isn't that great. I'd like to see my channel grow though, so hence the CTA messages.
@@RelaxingASMR I've never been one to care what another thinks. But I know for a fact, that I've convinced people that ASMR can be enjoyable by pointing out your channel. I'd say being subbed to you is an honor.
