Other energy efficient sources include solar panels, Tesla energy via Powerwall, tidal power using the currents for the Hudson River and vertical farming for food production without pesticides.”
Meh. These apartments would be shaken around like leaves on a tree. No hovering car could land there. These seem like very very high end apartments. Trump and his buddies could afford that kind of architecture.
I agree, especially the landing field will be very difficult to build in middle of the building. But still on the bright side, with these over optimistic design, hopefully people will learn to think slightly more practical for their next concept. There is always a solution for a problem, if not then it is a lesson.
