    Soya Chaap is vegetarian snack made up with Soya Chunks and Soya bean. Its rich in protein and is the best alternate of meat. Soya Chaap is really popular in south Asian countries. Soya Chaap can be served as a snack as tandoori, malai, masala Chaap as well as with gravy. FOLLOW THE RECIPE STEP BY STEP.
    INGREDIENTS-
    1 cup soybean(soaked overnight)
    1 cup soya chunk (soaked overnight)
    250gm all purpose flour
    10-20 popsicle sticks
    salt according to taste
    METHOD
    Firstly, soak soybean and soya chunks in water overnight. Soaking them overnight is Mandatory Grind the soaked Soybeans in grinder to make a smooth paste. Add little bit of water if needed. Similarly grind the soya chunks to make a smooth paste. Combine both the pastes together , now add salt according to your taste. Add all purpose flour to make a soft dough. make a ball size round dough then roll it into a 1/2 cm thick sheet. cut the sheet into strips . Now take a popsicle stick and roll the sheet over the stick as shown in video. Do the same with the rest of the dough. Now boil the water into a pot . when water brings to boil add the Soya sticks into it. Do not use ladle or spoon to stir. Let the Soya Chaap sticks float itself on the water. It will take 5-6 mins to cook soya Chaap sticks. when they are cooked they will start floating on water. On another hand take a bowl of cold water. Transfer the soya soya sticks directly into cold water . After they cool down place them into a plate for clean cloth. Soya Chaap sticks can be stored in airtight bag for at least 1 week in refrigerator. For longer shelf life stored Soya Chaap sticks freezer for months.
