Do many auto service stations have access to the equipment necessary to access a car's onboard computer to Pair a key fob? I now have two 2013 Altima key fobs which aren't working... But, sitting on a 3rd brand new fob that just needs pairing to the car for me to be up and running again and save big $ on ordering a new fob.

I've got a Nissan Altima 2011 2.5SL. I've the dashboard on but the car doesn't start. The dashboard is showing a key on the left of the dashboard. All this happened when I changed my key fob batteries. They key fob unlocks and locks the car but doesn't start the car. What am I supposed to do ?
The car has started after having checked the steering lock module but the key light still appears on the dashboard. What if I remove the steering fuse because I’m scared the same issue happens again. What do you advice?
