I have used juice of one medium sized beetroot (125gm weight) along with Henna. Hair gets coloured to maximum limit only after 3 applications. So use this recipe weekly once for three times to get maximum results. It has worked for me. I have plenty of grey hairs. It's a great conditioner too.

if it doesn't stain your hands it won't stain your hair. You're applying it with bare hands and it leaves no stain so it won't color the hair....

@@irmalair1 raw but juicy beetroots don't leave stains on HANDS. Lips l never tried bcoz mine are aldredy pink but my frnd tried it and washed it and it just completely went of. But not with a splash of water. We tested if it goes with lip soap

@@Srinidhi127 beetroot stains do not leave easily. If you wash after few hours, it won't go away. In case of hair it does great job in getting burgundy colour. But it needs 3 applications to get the perfect colour.

Tried it and the colour did not work but at least it improved my hair texture. and just a bit of warning for people who have curly hair make sure it is blended to perfection otherwise it will leave chunks in your hair that are quite difficult to remove
