So informative, Loved that she explained why this deficiency is not picked up on routine blood test. I will be exploring her picometer-size magnesium as I already supplement with magnesium and have been experiencing cramping lately. Worth giving it a try. Thanks for bring these types of podcasts.

I learned about magnesium CALM, and somehow I figured out that it relieved muscle spasms in my back after damage from an auto accident. I had no idea it could help with so many other things!
