@@black-db2my we are not living in early 1800s, there are some interactions with other parts of the world when it comes to either food or anything else.. Nutella is not traditional but still very common here.

indeed, but it's mostly made of grapes so it's actually called grape molasses
The tahini sauce was actually tahini with molasses, we eat it a lot where I'm from too, we dip bread or feteer (a flakey sort of pie) in it

Don't know where you're at, but a normal Turkish breakfast might be eggs and tomatoes and bread
It depends on the number of people, really. If it's just me I make what you said would be the norm, but if it's the whole family eating then it is tradition to have a big selection of simple foods like that on the table.
It's more of a social thing than anything and you can spend up to hours at the table just chatting and snacking if it's an off-day

It’s not on the menu - but it’s only available on the weekends
In Turkey if it's a franchise place ranges inbetween 15 to 30 $ (around 400-1000 Turkish Liras depending on extras such as extra rolls, extra sujuk or fries)

that ain't dishes, that's ingredients, but to be honest you can make thousands of combination with those 50 ingredients
Breakfast culture is different over here. Breakfast consist lots of veggies, cheese, olives, jams and many other things but these aren’t the main dish. We always have a main dish like Menemen or eggs and many more. Side dishes are complementary. Like eating tomato and cheese on bread yk. But unfortunately because of the inflation the side dishes have become our main part of the breakfast but yeah still its a banger.
