We start diving into the process of polishing agates. This video is about the rough polish.
The rough polish is where the general finish form and coloration are determined. Sharp edges and pits in the stones are ground down allowing a relatively clear view to the interior of the stone.
The more light that can reflect within the stone, the brighter it will appear.
