I speak English and French so sorry if I jump from one to the other. Where I live the season is very short. I grow asparagus, bush beans, peas, chard and kale, carottes, patatoes, tomatoes, corn, sunflowers, spinach, Caraflex cabbage, lettuces, green onions, french onions, ciboulette, radishes, eggplants, squashes, patatoes et more plus small fruits: blueberries, everbearing strawberries, rasberries et apples. I enjoy every minute in the garden 😄

Pour les épinards et comment je les cuits. La reponse: en omelette ou un avec peu d'ail et du ghee et du riz avec une viande maigre. En soupe aussi de temps en temps.
