On the eve of HSBC France Sevens 2023, we look back at the Paris 2016 World Rugby Sevens Series Men's Final between two GIANTS of the Sevens game, Samoa v Fiji in a game which turned out to be a modern classic! Samoa ran out 29-26 winners to life the trophy.

I believe Fiji smoked Samoa like 60 odd points in pool play, a real demolition from them but to have Samoa turn it around in the final was nothing but remarkable.
Good Game Samoa, only left our brothers from Tonga to come back in 7s.
