I personally dont use the filters because i find it messes with my mind and can bring me down and cause a body dysmorphic feel bc i will feel i only like how i look with it on, but i totally agree that on insta i feel its better bc ppl know when someone is using a filter and know its not natural:)

The “disclosure” that shows when you post a filter on IG story, I think that’s more for crediting the one who made the filter. The cute filters can be made by anyone so it deserves a credit whenever it’s used :)

love this look! i know its a little more full coverage than you usually go for, but it fr didn't look heavy at all. also i cant do filters all the time :( i am too scared of triggering some kind of facial dysmorphia from filters. i feel like ill maybe use one filter a week? and it'll usually be a really obvious filter with like flowers or something in the background or smth. i love that it works for you, and i totally get that you have to be seen on ig by wayyy more people than most ppl do. appreciate you sharing your persepctive as always
