Ahh, I've been wanting to edit with these two again, but I hate that it's happened like this. A lot of you know probably by my tumblr that I HATED this entire dark!jack storyline. S14 really dropped the ball on the Sam and Jack relationship after 14.08, and I think I'm gonna be salty about that for a while. Plus 14.19 was a hot mess, with Sam acting so out of character about giving up on Jack and helping to lie/manipulate Jack to get him into the box. The Sam I know and love would never be okay with just doing that, and I'm glad 14.20 established that Sam was NOT ready to give up on Jack just yet. He was angry, but he still considered him family and still wanted to save him.
Just for Jack to die.
I really hope that since Jack is awake in the empty, there is a reconciliation between him and Sam next season. I need it. I need things to be okay, or at least as okay as they can be. I don't think the relationship will ever be the same, and that's so disappointing. It's one of my favorite dynamics ever.

Sam loved Jack as much and unconditionally as Castiel did.

I just hope that in season 15 Jack forgives Sam and Sam tells him how much he regrets that he had lied to him
Dean has always had a strong influence on Sam, but also he would have done it a way or the other, he put Sam in a position he felt even worse the weight and safety of the world on his shoulder, Dean wasn't just in pain, he was vengeful, angry, the hatred grew in him and he acted like he did just the first times, blaming the kid instead of trying to talk, to teach, to know him better, Sam was heartbroken, he was shattered deeply abut this while Dean just didn't care and was relieved to put Jack locked into that box of which he had terrible nightmares about and know it's worse than death. He didn't even wait for Cass, while the moment the angel was back Sam exchanges some looked needless of words, he would have freed jack, it was a matter of time, Sam wanted to keep him safe and to keep his powers at bait if out of control as it looked to be but he was willing to do everything he could to find a solution, he wanted to talk with Jack he wanted to do different and look for other options, it bothers me when people call Dean his father and Sam the uncle at best, what I see is "sastiel" dads more that more than anybody have been there for Jack since the beginning until the end unconditionally loving him and giving what he needed instead of causing him to spirale down blaming for stuff he didn't even do for starters. I liked to think of the 3 dads, but seeing some people talking down Sam and being blind to what Dean has always done drives me mad, I love Dean, I do, but i recognize he did some crap, as everyone, and if someone has to be "the uncle" or "third wheel" that's him, it'0s not like he did this on the last seasons, he was always ready to shoot and when he decided something he went for ti not even caring about how it would hit Sam, his brother he loves so much, and yet he is blind to how some of his behaviors or decisions affect him or how hard some things he went trough really are. Thank you for showing the most important moments that reveal in good and bad how much Sam tried and never ever stopped
Once Billie brings Jack back he deserves a big hug from Sam!
I'm so disappointed it's 2 seasons and there is NO HUG FROM SAM but yes from Cass and Dean, I mean, DEAN threatened to kill him and then locked him up

Beautiful! I miss their relationship, too! It seemed to me like they started off with a good relationship and then Dean took over it and Sam was pushed back. I'd like to see it restored before series ends. Great job and thanks for sharing!

Just wish that SPN writers(who has forgotten that Sam-Jack relationship even existed in season 14😟) give them some scenes at least in the last season of SPN.
I agree that situation between Sam and Jack in 14x19 was so messed up that it was really, really hard for me to watch. But I love how Sam stood for Jack again in season 14 finale. I cried when Jack died but I felt relief when Bille showed up in the Empty and said to Jack that they should talk. I'm sure that Jack somehow came back in the season 15.
