Or a sociopath! We have 2 rescues that my husband found as puppies. They were abandoned at a park and were dying! We got them to the Vet just in time and they are now 5 yrs. old. They are loved so much!

You can surrender a pet at a shelter anytime. The guy removed his plate to avoid responsibility.

In my area you have to pay to surrender your pets $200+
Many shelters require you to pay to surrender an animal. That's why some people abandon them on the streets.

I was in Mexico when someone dumped a dog in the middle of the highway, middle of nowhere. Poor dog was chasing the car as fast as she could. That was in December, she’s now in my home and a precious member of my family. People can be so cruel.

This is so heart breaking to see a dog being dumped on a busy main road and him running after his owner not caring that there are so many cars. Please people if you don't want your dog leave them with a pet instition of some sort. A big thank you to the people who rescued him.

The worst part is the dog clearly knew it was being abandoned, hence its desperate attempts to jump back in the car windows.
Yes, that was the worst part. Chico was most likely not treated well in that home by that person, he must have been neglected and then thrown out like trash. So grateful for those who sacrifice time and money to intervene for the innocent and helpless. I rescued my three dogs, Dexter was
a stray, he was a year old we lost him to cancer at 8.5 years old.

They wanted the dog dead. I personally have seen low life's push a dog out on a highway and take off on an exit ramp. Another pushed out on the median (far left side) of a highway during my morning commute to work. Yes I was late both times. They truthfully wanted the dogs and one was a puppy dead to do this. This how I got my pup....he was dumped out of a car in front of my work. He was only about 3 months old from what the vet estimated. That was almost 10 years ago, he still is a puppy at heart and very happy.

I have two dogs, and it broke my heart to see that dog left like that.I hope that dog finds a lovely home and an owner who will take care of that lovely dog.
Someone dumped a beautiful hound dog on a farmers land behind me in March. He wouldn't come close to anybody, so I fed and watered him twice a day in the same spot he was dumped, there was a witness. He finally went to a nearby house and was caught and taken to the shelter. I hope he finds a good home. Adopt a shelter dog if you can, if I was able I would have already taken him.
The dog was so loyal to his previous heartless owner, luckily he didn't get hit by other vehicles during the chase 😢
