This one was by far our favorite! The firefighters loved the muffins so much we ended up making more for them the next day. Me, my sister, and Wentzville Fire Department thank you!

I’ve been in Southern California for 12 years now and I must’ve forgotten what it’s like to not always have good produce year round! So, I have not made them with frozen blueberries but I highly recommend you try it!!! And please let me know! I would definitely not thaw them, I would use them frozen! And if they seem to be stuck together, I would prob toss them with a teaspoon or two of flour. You’ve gotta be my guinea pig and try this out!!! I can’t wait to hear how it goes!

Hi! I have some questions, the first is if i can replace using buttermilk , and the second one is why is so hot when we preheat the oven, my oven has only 250º (if we are talking in celsius) and when we put the muffins into does the tempetature have to be in 400º also? shoulden't we low it?
Fabiana Mellado great questions! So to answer your buttermilk question..... the recipe actually just calls for regular whole milk! But I’m telling you what, using buttermilk makes it sooooo much better! If you don’t have buttermilk on hand, you can use regular milk and add white distilled vinegar! You fill up your 1/2 cup measuring cup with milk just shy of full, then pour white vinegar to top it off. Let this sit for a couple of minutes and it will curdle the milk a little making homemade buttermilk! But if you just must, then you can definitely just add regular milk. And to answer your question about the temperature, I am in USA so the temperature is in Fahrenheit not Celsius.... so I googled it for you;) it looks like 400 Fahrenheit is about 204 Celsius. Let me know if you have any other questions and how yours turn out if you make them! Remember to really fill each muffin mold to the top! Good luck!

That’s not imitation Vanilla ...right? I make my own vanilla with Madagascar 🇲🇬 Vanilla beans and Vodka ...any brand but I have Grey Goose so mmmmmm! Let it sit, stirring every month for 2 years...then enjoy 😉 never buy extract again...also I use vanilla paste for a rich gooey vanilla taste...gonna try this recipe...using my crumb topping.
Sometimes blueberries are just tart! You know what I do..... I taste several from the pint and if they’re tart I add extra sugar!!!! It totally combats the tartness! So be sure to start taste testing the blueberries first! I hope that helps;) I should’ve said that on the video🤦♀️
