Why don't the park rangers cite homeless for littering and urinating on the grass. How about the dogs too? We need more citations and pure a-holes making our communities safer from bubbles.
Stop it. Citing for dogs pooping ignores that people are usually cooth enough to clean it up. And parks usually have restrooms to handle human pooping. Quit using protectionism as an example of why we shouldn't go after the bubble man. It's merely a continuation of the spectrum of what-aboutism that already plagues us...
This man must be protected at all costs
i tell you there is an outright attack from this city againts people trying to make a living, while other issues go unnoticed.
Punishment for blowing bubbles is literally a SpongeBob plot
Wait for that parks employee to wash their car and then issue them a liquid littering citation. As a retired police officer, this over reach is disgusting. “You must respect my authoritaaaay!”
I LOVE bubbles! They are just pure innocent joy, and when I was a camp nurse, I used to run a bubble machine outside to welcome the children on their first day of camp. They all loved it and it made everyone feel good. If I lived in San Diego. I would come to court to support you. Will be sending good vibes, Bubble on , dude!
Why don't the park rangers cite homeless for littering and urinating on the grass. How about the dogs too? We need more citations and pure a-holes making our communities safer from bubbles.
This 👍🏻
Stop it. Citing for dogs pooping ignores that people are usually cooth enough to clean it up. And parks usually have restrooms to handle human pooping. It's the pooping on city sidewalks that is the problem.
The problem is that we have too much regulation and other governmental and societal micromanagement. We have too much protectionism/nimbyism preventing affordable bossing and economists blaming the wrong causes for housing affordability. It's how we have homelessness...
That's why the cop thinks "liquid pollution" with soap bubbles is a thing.
How do you know they don’t do this?
@frozenwarning ,
For clarity, it wasn't the police, it was a park ranger from the Parks and Recreation Dept. of the city. 😺
Im homeless with my 15 year old daughter and we have never peed on the grass that’s what bathrooms are for stop putting all homeless people in one group we are all not on drugs or alcohol I left her abusive dad we left everything behind to save are life’s if you want to help how about donating food to us I get 23 dollars in food stamps why illegal gets hotel’s and all kinds of money I begged for a hotel and was told no there is no help out here like they tell you on the news believe me I’m homeless we are told to call 211 they give us four cans of food for a week I have a teenager out here we are not all bad people I have a very beautiful daughter that is kind and caring I tried to raise her right and I believe I did a good job but we are stuck out here until some housing comes open I’m told could be 10 years god bless
Soap does not kill grass. Some home made garden sprays add a few drops of soap as a wetting agent. Meaning it breaks the surface tension of the water allowing the spray to spread out over the entire leaf.
no chemist you are excessive anything kills grass
A home made spray isn't exactly the best example you could come up with. I can put weed killer in a home made spray.
Fact check true! Water and dawn soap kills the spittle’s that annually arrive on my rosemary bushes. And it doesn’t stop the grass from growing underneath the bushes.
@@unknownuserbutnotabuser how profound you are. Excess of anything will kill anything. the little bit of soap that gets on the grass is far from excess.
As pesticides vs soap 🧼 🙄
Man is ticketed for liquid littering
SpongeBob SquarePants: hold my beer
PROTECT THIS MAN AT ALL COSTS
These are the same guys who told a yoga group that used to meet in Sunset Cliffs Park that they couldn't meet there any more because the leader took voluntary donations to run the classes and that somehow made it a commercial enterprise which is against park rules. They applied for a permit months ago but so far no action.
They worship satan anyway.👹
People should check who issued that ticket and let that officer's boss know that he/she is a real stick in the mud.
Yeah, boy, that'll really show them! 🙄
Some real police work going on 🙄
He should go to jail for MALE fraud
So if I pour water into grass that’s a ticket?😂😂😂
District Attorneys office will search state maximum penalty because he’s not a drug dealer, violent offender, or murderer.
Bubble soap is milder than dish detergent, and that is often used as a supermild pesticide and fertilizer. Any gardener knows this.
My best friend was born with a heart defective. He died at 19 after 2 heart transplants. I hope this man lives freely and enjoys every second. 🙏
Everyone should show up to that park with bubbles and have fun filling the air with bubbles in support of Bubble Man. 😎
Absolutely deranged harassing a harmless veteran 💀💀💀💀 WE LOVE THE BUBBLE MAN 🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧
Thank you for your Service in the US Navy. Your what makes America Free And Great
San Diego Parks and Rec should be ashamed of themselves
we need to get rid of some of these stupid laws.
Da Vote Demrat often?
@@thomasgentry6201 never have never will.
@@johndickle4694 Apologize just shocked so few!
Well, vote blue! 😂😂
Well, start by eliminating all Democrats.
San Diego Park and Rec needs to stand up for this man.
A few soap bubbles: "REEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! LIQUID LITTERING!!!"
Urinate on the sidewalk: "Meh.....whatyagonnado..."
Bubble soap has never hurt my lawn, not even when dumped out of the bottle.
Some of y'all need to listen carefully to interview. It was a *park ranger* that issued the ticket and not the police. Two different entities. They enforce law differently.
Has anyone contacted city hall? Has anyone given him morale support?
Perhaps people should show up at his court hearing. He’s being persecuted for giving out Love.
I hope people will come out in droves.
That's California for you😂😂😂
This is why we can never have nice things: Small people with a little power.
Never let the government take control of you. You have the right to do what makes you and your community happy! Police officers can't even follow their own mission, not only to serve and protect but to REMEMBER their oath. Police sworn to protect and defend our constitution. Failure to do that and we're out.
Bubble has soap, soap gets onto dirty sweaty people, cleans them up. I defy you to challenge my logic.
Bringing joy to children and adults alike…hopefully the judge throws the ticket away and apologizes on behalf of the park ranger.
Show up for court. I bet the judge will be like, “WTF” and throw it out.
The police charge a man for bubble's and let junkies shoot dope on the sidewalk.
LEAVE. HIM. ALONE!
I have seen this man so many times since I was young doing these bubbles leave him alone he isn’t doing nothing but making kids and adults life alil more happier
Did the rangers also fine the people bothering the seals?
Nope
You can take a dump on the pavements of most California cities.
But blowing bubbles... NO!!!
You can scam people and come out richer by the millions like the ADU scammer. Best fact is, the law is on your side instead of the gullible victims. California has the best legislators 😂🤣
How would you know you have lived in the same zip code your entire life and can't afford a toothbrush let alone a vacation..
A true Democratic utopia 🙃
There is nothing in California law that permits people to urinate or defecate in public.
California law states: "No person shall urinate or defecate in or upon any public street, sidewalk, alley, plaza, beach, park, public building or other publicly maintained facility or place, or in any place open to the public or exposed to public view, except when using a urinal, toilet or commode located in a restroom, or when using a portable or temporary toilet or other facility designed for the sanitary disposal of human waste and which is enclosed from public view."
That cop should be *FIRED* for wasting taxpayer dollars like this!!!!
That’s just ridiculous. The guy is making kids and people smile, and this is how you treat him? What in the actual fu*k is the matter with California???
This ranger shall now be known as "The Lame Ranger"...
OH…That’s Good! “The Lame Ranger!”
(619) 424-0463 his office number
Did police ran out of crime to catch? Will they charge children who play with bubbles too next?
i was seriously waiting for this comment!! get bubbles out of the hands of our children!! keep us safe!
I’m not surprised at this point. The West Coast’s system of crime and punishment right now is completely upside down.
The officers should be charged with harrasment and fired!!!
They'll ticket this man but they won't do a thing to criminals publicly smoking crack and assaulting people. California is so cringe.
