    Malaysia current government ministers is already the best possible given the current circumstances. I think the most important thing is to cut corruption like crazy and all hands on deck on economy nothing else matters, then will be the biggest and fastest quick win.

      ​@@jennykan3092 They're already paid quite well, not great but, by Asian standards quite good already with total package RM70,000 - RM80,000 a month. Most important is they're appointed based on best merit and good values.

I’m betting that the Davos unipolar eliteness-complex is feeling a little overshadowed in the light of more ASEAN countries standing like Malaysia for their own interests first, which will ultimately be the ruin of western hegemonic imperialism! The US’s vassals may have to adjust their “security” interests.

      @@xarifalee8088 what do you do with your salary? That’s what happened with the gdp. But if you’re referring to the gov tax revenue then that’s a different case. The money goes to the operational and development expenditure for the nation. Operational is for the gov servants like govt officers, pdrm, atm, doctors. LCS and school facilities are in the development expenditure

      @@xarifalee8088 in simpler terms, gdp is ‘like’ the total income of all Malaysians, higher gdp per capita means the people are well off. Thailand may have higher gdp than Malaysia because they have more people and recourses, but we have higher gdp per capita than Thailand and Indonesia

    Really glad PM DSAI welcome TZ back to the cabinet although they were debating before in Parliament before. Also shows current PM is focus to held right people in cabinet to help steer Malaysia. TZ is a calibre and sharp person, he knows what is going on in and outside of Malaysia well, especially in his familiar industry, finance. I even overheard myself at kopitiam local businessmens praise about TZ too! We don't need him be good at politic. We need him as the way he is now. Keep it up TZ!

    In the 1990s, Malaysia was benchmarking against SG, HK and Japan… now it’s fighting for the same type of FDI as Vietnam and Thailand?! Quite sad that it is racing down the bottom of the ladder! In 20 years it’ll be competing for the same quality of FDI as Laos and Cambodia?

      Tengku Zafrul is a good speaker and has tbe capacity to become the PM in future when Datuk Anwar retires.I have eyed on Tengku Zafrul even before the new administration took over.The two previous PM namely Muyhiddin and Sabri were dumbs and idiots and they could'nt even express themselves.Both can't eben speak proper English.I respect Tengku Zafrul.Hope he succeed.

    A second-term unelected representative, an unelected minister… (so much for democracy)…goes to Davos and returns to inform Malaysian citizens to prepare to eat insects.
    When he was the unelected minister of finance, he informs Malaysian citizens that economy is fine when in fact its on a self-cannibalising decline with no ideas to remedy.
    Its amazing everyone in Malaysian politics are just plain idiots, irregardless of background.
