Just did this with the Gellen kit from Amazon and I am super impressed with the application. I used to use glue and I could always feel a "tightness" afterwards when the glue dried. The gel glue is so light that I forgot I was wearing them a few times! And "drying time" was so quick! My only issue was that my lamp had trouble turning on at my 9th nail :/ I might just have to purchase a different one later on, but it worked so well!

Do you have to file the inside of the nails? What other prep work do you recommend before applying these gel tips? Just ordered mine and can’t wait to try!
Longhairprettynails did a video on these as well but she didn’t buff the inside of the nail, it’s always recommended but she did say they stayed on just fine for her

I will have to tried the gellen brand! I believe I’ve tried some of their other products but I love lol of these kits 🤣 very affordable 😆

I def recommend to file inside. Push back cuticles, buff nails, wipe off any access oils on nails before applying the nails on top.

will the nail cure with a pre painted/pre designed faux nail?
I’ve only tried it with a pre painted nail that had charms on it and it didn’t work 😩I think the nail charms were in the way lol

How long does it last ?
I’ve had them on for almost 2 weeks a couple of times. I tend to change my nails weekly lol however when done properly it’ll def last weeks
What other tips do you like ?
I mainly buy BTartbox nails… really good quality and good prices!
