    I would consider grabbing this since I live in an apartment but for the same price, I can literally order about 4 large sound proofing panels and well as 1 door panel for my apartment, seems a bit overpriced.

    Ok it tames the reflections and noise but wondering how much does that makes vocals more boxy and muddy... :/

      @@gabrielmichael3701 nothing you can't fix with eq cuts everyone who I see complains about it has no idea how to mix vocals in the first place.

      A LOT!! Absolutely no room reflection or feel to the vocals as us ”pro’s” do it.

    A bit of work would need to be done to eliminate some of that small box low end. Would an additional small piece of hardware inside do that?

    I wanna hear the live audio. How much does it actually lower the volume to your neighbor? That's what I wanna know.

    I noticed that every IsoVox 2 Video is using a rather small microphone, is there any reason for this?

    • @Isovoxbooth
      @Isovoxbooth  Před 5 lety +3

      We like to use smaller Microphones because it saves space :)

    How to you combat the muffled sound it adds? Is this more intended for voice over rather than high range singing vocals ?

    • @JustMamba
      @JustMamba Před 3 lety +3

      Theres a cool plugin called mannys triple d that has a d boxer. Or you could just cut out some low end

    • @jacksolarmusicmastering
      @jacksolarmusicmastering Před 9 měsíci

      dbox is basically just an dynamic eq, you can do that with alot of plugins ..@@JustMamba

      @@JustMamba yeah spent all this money and you gotta spend money for other things just to make the damn things sound good enough or like someone else says oh you’re just gonna apply a filters you know any queues of course you can but a lot lot of extra work keep that in mind for this overpriced flimsy box

    How do we know the dry sound was actually recorded in the isovox

    • @Isovoxbooth
      @Isovoxbooth  Před 3 lety +5

      It was. What you hear is recorded in the ISOVOX 2.

    I'm very interested in this but I want to know how much noises is actually cut from the outside world. Recording at an apartment is no fun xD Its why I dont record as much as I want to since I feel bad for my neighbors.
