- It’s high time we had an open and honest conversation about our experience as builders in the OpenAI ecosystem, and respectfully voice some very serious concerns it’s raised for our team. #ai #openai #chatgpt #generativeai #agi #programming #nocode

Nice job, pretty impressive
Thank you! Cheers!
it does not actually see the image/screenshots, test it , feed it an image without a description multiple times and you will see that it gives inconsistent answers describing the image, even the most basic examples prove to be difficult, after all it is a text based language model. so the image recognition is a complete lie by definition because it does not have the ability to "see"
chatgpt response when asked about image recognition ability:
Yes, that's correct. My capabilities as an AI developed by OpenAI do not include direct image recognition or analysis. I rely entirely on text-based information, either provided by users or from existing text data, to understand and respond to queries about images. This means there are several limitations:
Color Detection: I cannot perceive or distinguish colors in an image.
Visual Content Analysis: I cannot directly analyze or interpret the content of an image, such as identifying objects, patterns, or specific visual elements.
Detailed Image Descriptions: I cannot provide detailed descriptions or analyses of images unless the information is conveyed to me through text.
Image-Based Inferences: I cannot make inferences or draw conclusions based on visual data from an image.
In essence, for any analysis or discussion related to an image, I require a descriptive text input that explains the visual content of the image. Without this text-based information, I cannot accurately engage with or interpret image data.
so basically making it not very useful because you can upload a picture of a cat and say its a dog and it will accept that, so imagine complex images where position of elements in relation to others is important, you'd have to accurately describe every single detail of the image in order for the ai to recognise the image
The game is rigged now the same as it always has been.
I hope / wish it weren’t like this. And it’s within our power to demand better. I realize I’m biased being the creator of WebGPT🤖 but I also feel like I’m *not wrong* about what I’ve pointed out as biased, prejudicial, and unethical in this video. Those two things aren’t mutually exclusive just because I happen to make one of the GPT’s in question, you know?
@@JD_2020It's not bias, Josh. You can clearly see how stacked it is in favour of inferior products and it's seemingly random but really look at what's being promoted then look at the news. It all sort of aligns if you have the eyes to see. You're a victim but it'll never be seen that way. I'm sure there's policies, procedures, rules, regulations, terms and conditions that won't give you a leg to stand on, though!
Divide and conquer, right?

EDIT: The whole Devin fiasco you brilliantly pointed out in a previous video is proof positive the game is rigged!
@@truthwillout2371 Yeah I hear you. And I appreciate your affirmation of what I've felt. I don't want to look at myself as a victim of course, but maybe, the canary in the coal mine here for people to rally support behind. I hate this shit, and believe so strongly in the potential future for AI. Even OpenAI. And yet, I am met with constant resistance and a heavily stacked deck against me.
