When a Work Inspection Request (WIR) is issued, how do you determine if it’s for a Hold Point, Witness Point, or Review Point? How do you check the steel for a column? What is the tolerance for steel, how is the verticality of the column checked, and how many plumb bobs are used? How many WIRs are typically raised for steel inspection for a slab? What needs to be checked where a column and beam are joined together? Thank you in advance for your guidance!
1- for every activity we have three docs MOS, itp and risk assessment. 2- wir hold point or witness point: depends on how much activity is critical 3- steel should of a column same as drawings , verticality will be checked by plumb bobs, for all sides 4- minimum 3 steel , form work and concrete.
To maintain the moisture of concrete if we Will not provide polythene sheets soil will absorb all moisture from concrete & it will decrease the strength of concrete
