Housing is the most important human need after food and clothing. In this study, innovative applications of science and technology are used to build a Green+Pyramid Power Roof Residential Building that will bring environmental, economic, architectural, living comfort and social benefits to the individuals who own and live in it. Comfort element generation technology includes basic activities such as layout, planning, design, construction, interior decoration, and operation management. Such building models can be constructed under monitoring and evaluated on many aspects based on the impact indicators designed in the study. It will reduce carbon footprint, energy use, water consumption and reduce waste both locally and globally. This technology restores nearly 50% of the land used for infrastructure into productive systems, becoming the savior of the planet by inducing people to be forced to participate in meeting basic needs. Such infrastructure will be suitable for all types of built environments, whether it is a small roadside store or a kiosk in a large urban mall. This research will free the planet from excess real estate land, the release of greenhouse gases, the use of energy, light, fresh air, living close to nature and preserving the aesthetic values of society.
