Most of thoughts you are NOT going to be held accountable for! That is a confirmed authentic hadith.
HOWEVER: the few thoughts that you will be held accountable for include: thinking bad thoughts about another Muslim, having jealousy such that you want bad for the other person, despairing of a Allah’s mercy, and thinking Allah will not answer your Dua’
May Allah (S.W.T.) bestow upon you His Blessings and Mercy; Ameen.

What I got out of this video was that we should hold ourselves accountable for our thoughts and try our best to correct them, stop them and repent afterwards before they becomes ideas then desires then actions, in sha Allah. May Allah make it easy and forgive us for our shortcomings.

This is scary but I thought about this. A lot of people become mad because of these bar and toxic thoughts. If we dont take care of our thoughts even though people dislike us or hate us and we have to be around those people we still have to have enough taqwa and discipline so we do not fall into that madness of despair and anger.
