I use this software every day in my job. It's the best out there (that I've seen) but the price reflects that too. It also has a lot of areas it needs to improve on; Things that should work better but for some reason have not yet been addressed. If cost is not a concern, get it, but for some small businesses it's rather expensive

the best and cost effective takeoff software are the qs-tools. they take off quantities from autocad to excel automatically making the work so quick with high levels of accuracy and can be afforded by every individual than the rest of the existing software.

2020 now, this is only good for people still stay in CAD..not sure how long will last when clients asking everyone have to use BIM..
