Masala Mutton Steam Roast | Masala Mutton Leg Roast with Subtitles

Masala Mutton Steam Roast or Masala Mutton Leg Roast is very amazing and unique recipe which doesn't require a lot of effort at all, any one at all can make this perfect Meat Roast Recipe and enjoy it with friends and family.
Ingredients:
Around 2 kg raan
6 tablespoons yoghurt
2 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste
3 1/4 tablespoons of red chilli powder
1/2 a tablespoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon Chinese-flavoured salt
1 teaspoon of regular salt, heaped
1 tablespoon of cumin seeds, slightly crushed
1 tablespoon of allspice
1/2 a tablespoon of meat tenderizer, or papaya powder
1/2 a tablespoon of carom seeds
1 tablespoon of red chilli flakes
1 tablespoon of green chilli paste
Juice from 6 lemons
Red and yellow food colouring (tip of a teaspoon)
2 glasses of water
