A princess governs with democracy
As a disabled person I can't forgive her for the methods she use to fight Wilhelm's disability I'm trying to say strapping dead animals to his arm convulsive therapy and other atrocities like that it's barbaric
She lived in a completely different era to you though - one where there wasn't the understanding of medical conditions like there is today. Some leeway has to be given to her for that.

If she was the queen's first born, why she wasn't the heiress to the throne instead of her brother?
because the succesion rule back then was male-preference primogeniture meaning a woman can only inherit if she has no brothers
