I miss them because it has been a while for me, but after a few years of this I am on the same page as you. I think we don't understand them because our model of reality doesn't yet allow us to. Sort of like how my dog doesn't have a model of reality to understand math, justice, or what have you. Also, the more expansive mind (us) always understands what's going on with the less exoansive mind (Yorkie dog). It is clear though that they respond to our thoughts, so I always include a desire to understand, and it's gotten me this far, or at least to a similar place as yourself. While valuable, the balloon itself is the least interesting part of the whole thing, but is about the mind behind the balloon.
I don't think these objects are actually man made balloons or plastic bags, there are videos showing they can change shape, a normal balloon can't change shape, but these can change shape easily. The question we have to ask ourselves is why a balloon or why a plastic bag. I think the answer is to understand who can go beyond appearance, watching this video most people will see an ordinary balloon, but only a small part will be able to see beyond and understand that it is more than a balloon. These things are attracted to a small number of people with different abilities than a normal human being, I think it may be a study of our abilities by an extremely intelligent life form, not necessarily extraterrestrial but certainly something still unknown to the human being.
You may be right, that they are not balloons or other lightweight, man-made objects, though by careful inspection I've gathered the following details: I have at least one video where the balloon cluster appears to be amorphous or "shape shifting" czcams.com/video/m_dQfxM5LA0/video.html - however, this could simply be a trick of the eyes as the supposed balloon cluster tangles in its tethers and tumbles through it's course in the sky. This so-called shape shifting may also be attributed to their metaphysical suspension combined with altitude pressure which pops them as they course along (I do have another footage recording of one that holds a stationary position until it pops - the popped remains stay in place in the sky, it does not fall away (can't find the link to that one, sorry). I also have several videos of closer ones that are torn and mangled or partially deflated. These are not so far away (within 50 to 100 ft range) and their odd, changing shape is clearly, recognizably due to their crushed physical state as they tumble across the sky. I also conclude that the simple reason of why a balloon or plastic bag may simply be a matter of utility; these things are lightweight and easily float as airborne objects (that would certainly be an economic use of the energy it takes to steer or direct them in the diverse manner that they appear). As far as them being attracted to certain types of people, that may be so - on the other hand, I have given the simple instructions to a number of people I know who all had success by performing the simple step by step process (of course, that don't mean that these associates of mine aren't also abnormal like me - birds of a feather LOL) Thank you very much Marco for your considerations in this sublime matter!
@@irical100 It is true, the conditions to which objects in the air are subjected can alter human perception, it may seem like a change in shape but it is only an optical effect, but there are some videos that show quite evident shape changes, usually these objects before changing shape they seem to increase their energy by lighting up like an incandescent plasma and then remodeling themselves and they can do it in continuous cycles , I am attaching some sample videos (there are many more videos of this type):

Again, from my personal examination, entangled, crushed and popping balloons can produce these effects. Mr Anomalous vids are notorious for some photographic effect which produces the presumed incandescence. (BTW he denies that it is deliberate but there is something going on with his camera because if you examine his content in comparison to other summoners videos, most of his recordings are producing this light burst effect whereas others peoples' do not have the same quality sheen, like the many hours of my recordings for example - the comparisons are stark and obvious). To be clear though, I am not arguing for argument sake to say I'm right, I just would like to review something with up close 4K quality before I could say yes. to the shape shifting question. I'll give you this though: I have seen a balloon materialize before my eyes that was only about 50 or so feet from me. To me this suggests that if there is a cluster of balloons, the amount of balloons in the cluster could in fact increase or decrease metaphysically in real time, producing the visual morphing effect. Also, Mr Anomalous has a video that is quite unexplainable towards my presumption that these are simply teleported man made objects. It's called "Headless Spiderman". The video does show a traveling balloon that resembles an identifiable commercial Spiderman balloon model but where there should be a head, it is smoothed over as if that one balloon was a defective model balloon. In other words an object can be targeted and transported from one location to another. Another possibility along the same line of thought would be replication or copying an objects molecular signature.
