- Have you ever thought of making your own fondant decorations for cakes? Do you think they are hard to make? This is me making a cute sleeping fondant baby boy cake topper for the first time and instructing you along the way🤗It is not difficult, you just need a little time and patience 👍
YOU NEED:
Ivory fondant
White fondant
Baby blue fondant
Brown edible paint (amzn.to/2BXCxsY)
Luster Dust (or shimmer like I called it in the video) (amzn.to/2BYFUQm)
Powder sugar and cornstarch mix (I make mine 50/50)
Tylo powder (I use amzn.to/2GbCryD)
Rolling pin for fondant
Baby form/mould for fondant (I use amzn.to/2rA7bpA)
Fondant modelling tools (I use amzn.to/2OEhOmD)
Paintbrushes
Water
I always use this fondant (amzn.to/2D0urlE) and I color it with these colors (amzn.to/2yrVl1X) to the exact color/shade that I need.

Hi Angela, yes, you definitely can😊 Adding tylo powder to fondant makes it gumpaste. So you can do that or use ready made gumpaste😊
