After the flute intro from Brazilian flautist Claudio “Cacau” Queiroz, a longstanding member of Michel Legrand’s orchestra, the voice of Cameroonian singer Blick Bassy’s pulls us into a poem infused with nostalgia, sung in his mother tongue, bassa. The wind instrument becomes an island bird and seems to want to start a conversation with this melancholy voice, as if to fill it with joy and hope. It even ends up drawing it into the sway of an end-of-summer samba.

I will try to translate for you, sorry I'm French spoken, so few mistakes "An essay in translation: "You who hid that you came from the countryside, you who did not want to say that you came from the village, therefore know that it is for you that I have come today. You who hid that you grew up in the bush, it is you who attracts me, do you know that? It's you I'm in love with, you alone occupy my thoughts, you I love. Please talk to me, listen to me..."

Je suis Béti (Ewondo, Eton et Yezoum) tandis que lui, il est Bassa. Et chaque grooupe possède sa langue traditionnel (langue dans laquelle Blick chante ici). it's a green screen and they change the hue in post and create the cube by removing the background (by analyzing, so it's not 100% sure)
@@AnonArc but how do all of the reflections allway match the backround perfectly?
@@finnkrauss6484 Because all the green is changed by the background color (by a hue rotation, not by a mask remplacement)
And if you check some old shows or old Instagram post, you'll see some default ;)
