This motorhome is, I think, the weirdest mass produced vehicle that I have seen. Why has it got two sinks hidden under the bed? Answers below please!
We have the 778. Think about it, you sleep 8 hours and for 16 hours you’re moving around the motorhome. Having the queen bed out of the way makes for an amazing liveable vehicle. Best layout we’ve ever had 👌🏽👌🏽
"Don't want to lock myself in"
*locks self in* 😅
This motorhome saying "Please wash your hand first and foremost"
This might be the motorhome of coronavirus era.
One correction - 767 GA is only 20 cm longer than 627, as its 720 cm vs 700. Yes, the layout is significantly better, especially taking into account only 20cm length difference.
As for the window opening when locked in the first motorhome - you're lucky you didn't break the handles :) There's a small button on the handle you have to press to smoothly open the window.
Congrats: Your German is better than my French! (I am German)
Thanks Thomas, that is nice to read!
Chausson sister brand Challenger had a MH circa 2010-2012 where they went absolutely crazy. It was called the Prium.

Not the clearest video and you need to keep watching to the end for all the features. Innovative ideas I think on that Challenger, this Chauson I just don’t get at all. At the last NEC show there was a Chauson with a large drop down bed which seemed to have almost no storage, seemed to be more instant spare bedroom than useable motorhome.
Thanks to the CZcams algorithm: looks like the weird Challenger did also go out as a Chausson, couldn’t quite understand the model name but has the same features ( weird stacking beds, flip out side panels, motorised bike racks, flip out gas cooker, etc). None of those bits seem to have caught on - the beds seemed especially horrible although for a couple of keen cyclists the bike rack thing would be good.
@@philipellis7039 Thank for the link, I had never seen it! Shame it hasn't got the flip out panel which an option. Here's the article I read with picture of flip out panel.

You can always use the kitchen sink if the bed is down and you want to wash
Well it's interesting, but a workshop for bikes etc would have made more sense for the reasons Alan put forward - no use of sinks or cupboard when the bed is in use. The advantage over a Swift Escape 604 or Burstner TD590 (both sleep 2 or 4 bunked) is lacking as those have nicer bathrooms and are much much shorter.
The 720 would be my choice out of those vans Alan. Although Chausson are not as well finished as some far more expensive vans if you want a new van these vans are the same price as many panel van based campers.
It's not weird, it is just impractical! Who wakes up first have to wait...
Designed by an art school grad who's never lived in or driven an RV?
Psycho. Someone determined to have clean hands.

That first one was very weird indeed. It looks like you decided to drop some LSD at 05:27 getting into the whole spirit of the thing I guess 😀.
What is the camper on your right side at 15:48? Looks like it may be an off road type it looks larger also.

Hi Crabby pants LOL....,Chausson is usually offering a more colorful Interior decor,, but this is tasteful. Requires some bright/colorful touches. I wonder what would happen if your partner were in bed and you accidentally touched the rise button. OMG,,, Squash. LOL, Use bathroom doors much??? There's something in @Annie's water,, I'm loosing it. ROLF!!
mad idea - ;0)
It becomes a proven concept over time....
mad and maddder
Wtf! and no mirrow? In front
?
God only knows why someone would demand 4 (Four) sinks. I wonder if there was an outdoor sink? I don’t remember now. I haven’t watched the whole thing. Maybe they are using those sinks in that bedroom for a urinal. I can’t guess on that. The room looks in comfortable without the bed. The seating is not even desireable looking. The double sink makes me want to throw up. It just seems SICK.
