Thanks for sharing your recipe! It looked very tasty. I’ve been putting my chef hat on more frequently so definitely looking to try this bhajia recipe.
This looks like a tasty treat. Definitly my first time hearing about Bhajia. I love that you can have it with a hot or cold beverage. The recipe look like it is easy to follow. I also like that you mentioned that the inside is not oily!
Jambo! This looks delicious, I love the golden brown color. When you said that you don’t really measure that reminded me of my mom whenever I call for recipe she never knows the exact measurements lol
This looked so yummy & not too hard to make! While the ingredients are different, they physically look very similar to something we make in Puerto Rico called almojabanas. Ours is basically corn flour & cheese & it’s so good, which makes me wanna try yours as well!
Please make me laugh 😆🤣😂. I’m the same like you. I measure my ingredients with my eyes. We have the same recipe in Malawi 🇲🇼 but we call them Mbajira. They’re so tasty 😋. I will prepare mine tomorrow.
