Such a fun song. Love how Freddie calls out all their names. John’s base is killer and Brian’s solo as usual, great. Drums are the heart beat! ❤ Queen. They are timeless.
You can tell these guys were actually working cooperatively on this album and having a good time after their long break. Once they reunite, they can’t help but enjoy being in the studio together, and this one in particular slaps very hard. Nice work!

I love John Deacon. Not only is he the most underrated bassist of all time, but his personality is arguably the best in the band. He is funny and chill. Like look at him at 1:13. He acts like what he is doing is easy. This whole music video proves this as well.

I thought this song was SO weak at the time it came out. I adored Kind of Magic and this felt thin. But actually over the years I realised it’s quintessential Queen. Fun and funky and rockin. Lucky kid. (Not sure I ever saw John looking so relaxed).
I hope this song does grow on me. I do prefer a lot of their other (classic) songs. Plus that weird noise at the beginning of the music video is really annoying. I had that same look as the girl's expression at 0:30.
