I would liked to have seen that black pudding scotch egg, I've never seen a scoth egg in person. Fortunately Walmart carries the Coleman English Mustard, and they are the only place around where I live. Albeit a bit pricey at over $5.00 for only 5.3 oz. I just finished up my small batch of Coronation Chicken spread that I made a few days ago, I had it on some sandwich bread that I made, I'll be making that again! I wonder how they were able to cut the top of that eggshell so evenly without shattering it??
Welcome back down the rabbit hole! I do enjoy scotch eggs, I believe I read somewhere that Fortnum & Mason actually delvolped the fist scotch egg! They are delicious- you should make some- pretty easy😁 serve it with a little English mustard and it’s quite a treat! Regarding that egg shell - there is a special tool that is used- eggs and soldiers are quite popular here so I suppose a tool,was created!
