I don't understand that ziqo death, he was at like 20% fighting the one miner, then he starts running and aggros 3 more mobs. Then he pops the health pot and gets half his health back. Why not just use the pot on the first miner and kill it?

If you are, please think about it and consider twink economies and relatively unfair grounds on which people make their hardcore characters. The Mitch Jones debacle is not without reason, mailing a new toon 500g is equally not fair, let alone giving it bags or items with enchants on them. Official hardcore will flop for that very reason, if the playing field is not even from the get go. You may not believe me now, but the future will prove the obvious right.

If you really consider the rules the addon imposes for hardcore, and really think about it, you should realize why they are good rules. The kodo death is not about cutting line it is about people standing there tagging the mob when they cant solo it. Usually when I get there it is 3-5x lvl 13s that just want help with the quest totally deserved death…

Unlike retail; I was having fun from the get go at lvl 1 and it just feels more like a journey and survival than even caring about rushing through the leveling process. It’s different and im probably only gonna do one or two lives if I die but I’m loving it so far

If you're playing HC - just stay out of caves or anything that forces you back through respawns like the dig site in Loch Modan.
