Let me clarify.... the first option is the one that i already have to craft the item?..... example i already have the sawdust and SAP... i will use the option 1... am i right?
the second option is the one that need to craft .... like FROM THE START? like gather all the ingredient using the wine that I bought?

then option 2 is required to buy the wine?
No, option 1 still needs wine. Basically this calculator tells you how much you are earning or losing in crafting when using wines as energy. If you have energy for crafting then you don't need this calculator.
Google file is auto updates?
If you any make changes it will change automatically?

yes, since popberry is the cheapest in the market at the moment. Always check pixels.tips for the cheapest wine in the market.

If you don't have yet the ingredients for example you are crafting slothmato paste
How many slothmato you will put? QTY of 2 or just 1 and then QTY of seed is 2

If your main crafting item is Slice of Slothmato Pizza qty 1, your ingredients should be slothmato paste qty 2, slothmato qty 4, slothmato seeds qty 4, cooking mix qty 1, and flour qty 2.
But if your main crafting item is slothmato paste qty 1, your ingredients should be slothmato qty 2 and slothmato seeds qty 2. :)
You will use this if you want to craft everything thing from scratch, but this is not advisable since market is not that profitable right now if you spend a lot of energy in crafting. I suggest use your free energy in crafting ingredients, then use wine in crafting your main crafting item.

I'm lvl 20 mining. Lvl 14 farm. 14 cook. 18 woodcut. 13 woodwork. 6 metal. 6 sculpt... With one 3 day vip ticket ... I can't craft tier 2 pick or axe yet. I should save vip ticket?
you can just buy pick axe in the market, but you have to use your vip ticket
