Need to have a DDE "garage sale" of all the extras that aren't needed anymore! There is a ton of money that can be somewhat recouped, plus eliminating storage costs at this storage unit AND at HQ.

I have a 6x10 cargo trailer because of how much the local storage is. The same size unit would cost about $250/mo. I pay way less than that to insure it for the year and it’s more functional (provided you don’t need a heated environment).
I pay 450 USD for triple the space, crazy is right.

One trailer and 2 hours to clean that shed. Just do it!
Bring someone in for a few months, pay them as an Inventory Manager and have them sort through everything. Setup an inventory management software so you know what you have and don’t have.
Then have them start listing the things you have no use for or don’t want to keep around.
You could use Tim or Mark but I feel you have them 100% busy already. And I’m sure you could find someone for relatively cheap to be your inventory manager for a few months and train people on the system they setup

I agree with the other peeps below... get it all to HQ on the next trailer run. I would hire someone part time to do all the work to organize, price, and sell everything. Between was is already at HQ and in this locker, you could pay for that help easily with the profits. That would also avoid a garage sale where you would "give away" everything for stupid prices, and also not have to worry about people coming to just drink Celsius and look at cars (wasting you time).

You need to get all these parts on an inventory list! Think of the people who’s cares go down all the time you guys could be making a f fortune or using parts to trade off speed up service work you have to outsource on builds!
