- This is really just a bit of a preview video to show you guys what I have picked up for unboxing and playing.
I have genuinely (even as I upload this video) never played on a Nintendo Wii!! This is frankly scandalous considering that it's the 4th best selling console of all time!
Obviously this is all about to change.... and the next time you see me, I will have lost my 'Wiiginity'? 'Virginitwii'?!?!
Consider this video to be Part 1 of a series were I unbox various flavours of Wii... play some games, and see what I think of the Nintendo Wii!!
Hey, awesome content right there! I really enjoy watching your videos, for some reason they are so calming and relaxing for me, it's just nice to listen to you talking and unboxing consoles. ^^
I'm a console nerd myself, but I've never bothered with retro stuff up until now, but now I'm really looking forward to getting some of the og Xbox 360 for myself to relive some of my childhood memories, unfortunately, it's hard to find them in good conditions, with boxes and all of that here in Moscow, and I think it's impossible to find them with the Blades dash, cause everyone ends up updating them sooner or later, so my best luck if finding the one with the New Xbox Experience dash and with damaged box, but a good condition console at least... Ugh
Anyway, awesome videos and really looking forward to seeing more of the Nintendo Wii stuff, cause I'm also considering getting it some day. >.
Thanks very much for the feedback! I’m very much enjoying reliving these older consoles... very much than a lot of the new games that seem to lack innovation? I think rather 360 has been may favourite so far....
I just started playing Wii U for first time, it’s really great, Zelda Wind Waker HD is a great game to try. The map showing up on pad while you play is near. The regular Wii looks terrible on my TVs, I just play Wii games on Wii U

Most of my other videos are on Xbox 360 and PS3 which are the same age.... my whole channel is based on lies!!!
@@retro-unboxing No bait. I posted on a retro gaming sub reddit a few months ago when I started to play Xenoblade and I got an earful from that community about posting about the Wii. Those people were passionate to say the least. Apparently that generation is considered “vintage” at this point in time.
@@dauntae24 Ahh bless them. It sounds like they got themselves in a bit of a muddle. Vintage is defined as 20 years old plus, retro is more recent. I’ll not have to worry about changing the channel name! 👍
