I have V2 design for this, it pretty much just rebuilt itself using swordsmachine, drone and mindflayer parts
the only parts of it that can distinguish it as "v2" is it's head and apart of it's chest

This is untrue. V1 *DOES* have a conscience *AND* can feel feelings.
V1 has been shown feeling both satisfaction with himself when putting the blue skulls on Hank, and frustration when V2 tries to escape their fight in Greed.
The secret levels also hint to V1 having more personality to him then the game shows.
