croatia guy losing 1:43 and searching 3:02 for his hat, screaming for it at 42:54 and returning it at 43:12 best drama.
At 4:20 the girl encouraging the other girl to jump into the pit is real hardcore energy.
But she definitely has to work on her vertical leap a little: 4:12. Love the attempt, no matter what though!
As a 46 yr old Gen X'er . It makes me smile to see that crowds like this still exist ! Instead of a bunch of people staring through their fucking stupid iPhone!
Los Angeles been like this honestly. The local scene around LA, OC, IE, and the almighty Oxnard have had really good punk, hardcore, indie, and metal bands coming out within the last about 5 - 10 ish years. I also film on my phone, so some of us on our phones ain't all bad 😉
@@MrMotherfuck123 I'm not AT a show.....watching it through my phone. Nor was the shot from IN the crowd. Now go kick rocks 🙋♂️
Duuuuuuude the fact that they are making THIS much noise in a modern music age where mainstream rock is practically non-existent in 2021 just realllly says a ton about this band’s talent and chemistry. I can’t believe I have a new favorite band this late in the game 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Its so refreshing to hear decent, original non macho hardcore music. The scene has been in decline for years with endless metal core bands all sounding more like slayer than minor threat. Faith in hardcore as a innovative genre restored!! great work.
this band is the future of punk, im so happy we have awesome music that is new and fresh
great comment, in my country the hardcore scene is living an endless macho hardcore music for almost a decade and it seems that it wouldn't stop, it's time for a new hardcore wave
,greetings from Lima Peru. the last tuesday april 9 2024 turnstile played in my town Barranco in lima . it was awesomeeee thanks baltimore for bring us this excelent band.
I'm an old head that grew up in the LA punk and hardcore scene, and it warms my heart to see a new generation do their own thing. The crowd is pumped, looking to have a good time, and taking care of each other. Going to have to check out Turnstile.
Man I'm with ya. I'm 44. From '97 to 2006 I was at damn near every hardcore show in STL. Earth Crisis, Indecision, Snapcase, Buried Alive, etc. Now those lil iconic venues have been shut/torn down for 10-15yrs.
This band is revolutionizing modern hardcore and I’m just glad to be on earth to observe it
Turnstile are bringing back an energy to punk and HxC that hasn't been felt since the 90's/early 00's, and I'm all here for it. So glad they're blowing up as much as they are right now. Turnstile is the fuckin future!
I saw this guy open for suicideboys, never heard of either but turnstile was by far more magnetic energy and intensity
@@javierreyes786 same bruh i just went for suicideboys and when i saw these guys open it was mind blowing, never heard of them before
People who don’t experience shows like this will never understand how much of a safe environment this is to get out all of your aggression and dance along with you brothers and sisters of metal!
@@edm5929 true, but hardcore is subjectively a sub genre of metal. Same comment goes for all metal IMO
@@delta8576 Hardcore is literally short for Hardcore Punk, not Heavy Metal. Those are 2 complete different genres.
And Punk isn't a subset of Metal. Garage Punk started in 1964 with Nuggets and Los Saicos. Heavy Metal started in 1968 the with Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple.
I agree about the safe environment within Hardcore though. Even within the pit, we always have someone there we know will pick us up or even have the band stop, no matter how violent the band/crowd is. But Metal, there's a bunch of assholes that say fuck you and that you should've never been in the pit, though every now and then you have good people at Metal shows.
@@greysinclaire aight. Well then let’s put it this way. “Those who have been to a punk/hardcore/metal show”. And I can agree, some metal shows contain a number of dickheads that don’t know what the fuck they’re doing.
As a 41 year old who’s been going to punk shows since I was 15 I love seeing this. Probably not gonna be stage diving ever again but fuck its amazing to see this kind of show is still alive and well.
At 39 yrs old I can say that this band and their new record makes me feel things that bring me back to being 15yrs old again.
@@swagv imagine being a kid, going to hardcore shows your whole life, and growing old with the music you love, to be told you can't express how much you miss this type of energy. Boy has got a long way to go...
@@enoe yeah that dudes a douche bag for no reason lol. Glad you experience such a similar feeling!!
Just started listening to these guys. I haven't found a band that I've liked this much in awhile!
Me too. I've tried to wonder what it is and it's just unbridled excitement. They obviously love a ton of different types of music and it just all comes out. Very authentic.
I truly thought this kind of feeling from a show was gone
This is great to see. I started liking/watching these “kids” in like 2012-13. The growth. The polish. Love it. But still the commitment. Always. Anyone who was into a whole variety of music in the 80s-90s can be proud of this band in my humble opinion.
As someone who was around when DRI, Suicidal and Cromags first came to the U.K. in the eighties, the energy here is a beautiful sight. I love that Turnstile don’t sound like anyone else… can’t wait to see them, but sadly I may be a bit too old and fragile for the front few rows these days. Fifty year old bones break easily. 🙂
All the shows are sold out well in advance , tried earlier this year for Leeds. The young kids are on it and fair play.
I just saw them at the Paleo in Nyon. Yates ended up singing in the crowd, and even though I planned on keeping my old 45 year old ass safe, I ended up moshing with the youngsters like it was 1999. There was simply no other way, the energy was too great and I felt alive as eeever!!!
Hearing them shout about helping your brothers and sisters in the pit got my in my feels about the metal/punk/rock gig scene. This is the way to have fun and feel protected by the band you're there to see
I love the singer’s old school moves.
Pretty amazing how consistent sounding their set is
I was pretty amazed at how seemless their set felt. When I went back to edit, it was very minimal honestly. They killed it at this show
You know you have a good crowd when they start moshing and stage diving before the music starts playin!
1:40 homie gets used like a step ladder
It makes my heart happy to see the kids keeping the hardcore scene going! No attitudes, just lots of fun.
One of the best shows I've ever been to
Refreshing to see this crowd with this incredible band in 2021
Great set last night, thanks for filming
So good to hear fresh Hardcore music again. Exactly what we all needed!
What an energy from the crowd! That was awesome!
I love how the band has like a combined 10 feet of space to work with.. yet, they still make it work with constant people running around them. Its amazing.
This made my day. Looked like a great time.
Nice job boys! Incredible energy as always. Can’t wait to see you at METRO in Chicago next week!!
I can't help but love guitar dive bombs at a hardcore show!!!!
진짜 오랜만에 보는 역대급 라이브!!! 더 늙기전에 꼭 가서 볼꺼에요~ 턴스타일 짱!!!
Fantastic, everbody could use a show like that RIGHT NOW, I guess
Oh my god … just found these guys . Thanks for sharing
Of course! That's partly why I started filming. Wanted to introduce people to new music
The crowd is going hard, it doesn't get better than that. Big ups for filming & editing, great job!
Daily Turnstile gig on YT makes me happy
This makes me so happy!!! I used to go to punk and metal shows in the late 80s and 90s that were like this. So, so refreshing to see people still getting their aggression and wiggles out while watching out for each other. Turnstile is fucking great!!
Soooo. 330 in the AM, just finished watching...holy fuck yeah!! Woke up saw a clip of them on Instagram and HAD to see who these guys where! New fan here!!🤘😮🤘
Amazing as always
He got that freddie mercury vibe on the mic stand haha FUCKING TURNSTILE LETS GOOOO
Thank you for commenting this!!!! Right after the concert I legit told my boyfriend this so now I feel validated that you commented it lol
@@cadensturm oh my bad there was a previous comment talking shit to my coment hehe, he might have deleted it i neva been negative
What a set! I haven’t seen a crowd like this since the early 2000’s looked like a hell of time
Definitively, really good to see this freshness in the scene. New sounds, great moshpit👌🏻 Keep goin’. Please🙏🏻
God, I wish I could of been there. Bless for this vid man.
Not a fucking phone in sight - so great to see
Pls I can’t wait to see them soon
OH MY DAYS BROTHER!! I HAVE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE THIS FEELING!! REAL WARRIORS OF HARDCORE!!
Love this!! So happy to see good energy & fun at shows again.🔥🤘 The music is so good too!!
Holy shit man ! How did I miss these guys ??
man i’m so sad i missed this i NEED to see them live soon
BMore stand Proud! This the most exciting shit I've seen in years!!! I'm 53, and couldn't handle the scene an decade ago, but it's refreshing as fuck to shake the neighborhood to this.... Still rocking. I hope the best for this great band. Stay true!
I really loves bren's moves🕺
I absolutely love this.
Boa, what an intense, motivating atmosphere. The energy is bursting and I can't sit still and watch. 🔥🔥🔥
What a show for my ears and eyes! Reminds me when I used to get smashed in some insane mosh-pit under the stage of bands like Killing Joke, Unsane, Helmet, Deftones and the like. It's good to see young people who still have fun stage-diving and crowd-surfing. And the band let them come up the stage and keep playing like hell. Kudos!
Insane, i love it
I heard of the boys 6 months ago ... my spirit/soul has never been happier #BugUp #Turnstile 💚👊🏿🥁
That looks like it was so much fun!!
I kinda left the NYHC scene in waaaaaaaayy back around '92....but seeing this makes me wish I was young again. This band is great--the crowd is on point. This is exactly the way it's supposed to be. Love it--Have fun and DONT STOP!
Que belleza de video , los espero con ansias en el
Corona capital mexico 2021
Such a happy people gather and great crowd 🙌
I wish they didn't cut the TLC ending on the album version, I would love to enjoy that beat switch for longer :(
Love this band!
hope I could see your show in my lifetime!
Aaah the new album lifts their set even higher! That build-up at 37:54. BAM!
that is a kind of tlc i wanna have for ever
Aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh
Youth
I remember the exact show that made me realize I was paying to be jumped on
Missed the set, but wore my shoe marked body with pride
I started standing about 20 feet back, still loved the energy, but now I enjoyed the show as well
Jesus, its so nice to see that there are still slam dance bands in existence
And these kids look like they understand the rules of the pit
Glad i stumbled across this
Great to see the new generation of Hardcore thriving. Remember seeing Bad Brains, Fugazi and countless other bands late 80's to 90's, gigs were equally energetic but not much was filmed back then. Bad Brains CBGB's 1982 is prob the best example of back then you can watch on CZcams.
I love it, it has been a long time that there were no concerts, young people needs to positively drain energy; sports, concerts, helping the community in some way, I'm so happy for them, it's very good they return to have this type of events.
Thank you Snapcase/Helmet!
This shit makes me want to get in shape just so I could hold up in their set
27:33 perfect
The best band atm
Props to the front row, taking some damage! 🔨
this gives me hope
So damn good!
Banda excelente. Energia surreal. Não visualizei algo tão interessante há muito tempo...
Great way to release pent up energy! the best.
Love to see the Dare/Zulu guy. He always goes hard at shows, his energy simply rules.
bro time flies so fast
As a kid who grew up in Fort Worth in the 90’s who went to Joe’s Garage to see Pantera, this makes me happy.
I love how everyone is fixing their hair and the immediately starts banging their head
You know what is amazing about this show, band and fans. Its all organic 😇🤩
my everyday mood
Around 19:30, I think Brendan actually chokes Daniel's crash cymbal. As if he knew exactly when that crash was going to come. The cymbal choke sounds fits in perfectly with the song.
I've seen a ton of rock shows either live on on the internet, but I've never seen this. It really blew my mind. Freshest band out there right now.
Witnessing the leaders of a new gen!
Hats off to that “front wall” supporting the body launch mayhem!
I wanna see them again!!! Yeahhhhhhhhhhhh
Love how the only who can truly groove dance is Brendan, hes untouched and on stage, not in a sea of peoples non stop movement
Increíble Banda! Saludos desde Argentina 🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷
No. Please God no. I missed this? You have no idea how bad this hurts. I was right nearby.
Shit was wild last night
bandassaaaa 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thats a nice Set wowowow
Love you're videos bro keep up the grind!!!
Thank you!! Appreciate the support a lot! Gonna be uploading a lot more this year
That’s a Nardcore crowd showing up for the respect and appreciation of a young band still going for it.
Nardcore -4- Life
@@samrothstein8429 "Nardcore" is a self-proclaimed label dating from the late 1980's, used by Hardcore bands formed in Oxnard, California.
Ox(nard) + Hard(core) = Nardcore
With "Nardcore" bands never seeing any mainstream success within the Hardcore genre, the "Nardcore" scene died over the years pretty rapidly.
The "Nardcore" scene was widely joked upon and made fun of by surrounding counties Hardcore bands and fans due to trying to start an individual movement within the Hardcore scene, where you can only be part of "Nardcore" if you and your bandmates were from Oxnard itself. This made it hard for most "Nardcore" bands to play at shows/tour due to Hardcore bands and fans wanting nothing to do with the "Nardcore" scene.
@@greysinclaire nah man, Nardcore derives from hardcore music that has the same anger as the OG Nard Dog Andy Bernard. lol
this is entirely epic. the kids are alright.
I waited to long to get tickets for this show and the Ventura show 😭😭😭

So fresh. Grethings from Poland.
