WD2 has probably the most interactive and dynamic open world i've ever seen in a game
NPCs are everywhere, even in most backyards doing something
reacting to you and to each other
On par with Rockstar games
if you like this aspect of the game i recomend a bg3 to play, its even better there (but yes this is totaly diffrent genre of game)

All the watch dogs titles have my favorite level of detail in simulated cities, specifically with the NPCs.
Legion takes it even further with how NPCs can have schedules and relations to others, non-played operators can be seen around the map, and if you kill and NPC's relative, an un-played operator will get kidnapped by that NPC.
something to note, for the getting out of a car with blocked doors part, it actually is present in WW2 although its buggy and usually is extremely sped up to the point where it looks like teleportation. if you get into certain (quite unknown) circumstances, you can notice the animation play.

I love Watch Dogs, but the lack of a protagonist in Legion made me abandon the game in the first hour of gameplay and never went back to it. This fact broke the immersion. The need to keep changing the character constantly was even worse. The game had a lot of potential, and I really like futuristic themes, also games with 3rd person perspective, but Legion didn't catch me. Ubisoft also abandoned the franchise, but they should had tried with a new Watch Dogs, the series is very good.
that's what they all say...sigh
Ubisoft really innovated on these games. No wonder companies bet on safe game designs. What a shame. I'm playing 2 and I'm really liking it.
None care cuz it is not RDR 2 none appreciate Ubisoft work
