- Join me inside an abandoned cold war facility in Norway.
Fungus, mold and other hazards await me inside, but I still got it documented.
I know it`s been a while since my last upload, but I want you all to know that I am very grateful that you still take the time to watch my videos.
PS: I haven`t forgotten about my Q&A;)
Music by Kelly Bailey and Joel Nielsen

NOTE:
Urban Exploring is a practice that comes with certain risks.
Serious injuries or even death is a risk as many of these locations are closed down due to lack of maintenance.
If you are inspired to enter any of these sites, you do so entirely at your own risk and I am not under any circumstances recommending you to do so without the proper experience, research and/or equipment.
Please note that entering off-limits sites may be seen as trespassing and you might be prosecuted.
Remember the rules:
Take only photographs, leave only footprints.
Very cool explore. Great use of subtitles to tell the story.
Thank you, good sir:)
imagine making that place into your own underground mansion
It would cost more than invading Saudi Arabia so I think I`ll stick to normal vacations first;)
Thanks for watching, bro;)
well bro dont worry ob immigrants dont get shelter thats only for the true Norwegians
I actually would have liked for the music to be less loud in the beginning instead of being the main theme that overrides other natural sounds. It kinda rapes the authenticity of the experience of the place. Less is more.
I get this from time to time, and I really appreciate that you take the time to tell me.
I am considering doing some videoes without music, showing only the ambience and silence that these places have.
However, if you had any idea how much bullshit that comes through my mouth wandering in the dark alone, you would prefer the music back on, believe me.
Thank you for watching and for your time, sir.
Have been binge watching alot of abandoned places videos, and i must say yours are actually the creepiest. Good luck on your next adventure and i can’t believe that you were so calm!
Anyone come here from the facebook post from Unilad?

Very good video. The music made it more scary. It shows us what people at that time had to go through.I recommend you to make MRE(military food) videos.Keep it up :)
Finally a new video. Keep them coming Olav.
I m fascinated by how people did not steal many things from there... Everything (your other videos also) is mainly untouched.
Have a good one !
Hi there:)
Thank yo so much for commenting:)
I am also facinated by this, as there are so many places that are completely thrashed.
This is why I never tell the location public, because then it will turn to shit in a matter of days.
Have a good one, my friend:)
I've been waiting for this forever!
Sorry to keep you waiting, and thanks for not forgetting me:)
Good to see a new upload! Great video
Appreciate it:)
I like the music, fit the tour well, imhoa. I would definitely remember the place, as you can never know what might transpire, and you are assured the survival of the elite will be the priority. Great video Bro!
Thank you1
I really appreciate that you take the time to tell me this, as the preferences vary alot.
Thank you so much for watching, sir.
Great upload. And good on you for mentioning the deadly fungus that is found in these deep man-made/or natural tunnels. Most people are unaware of it but deadly fungus grows in these environments and as mentioned you do not want to breathe any of it in - or bring it to the surface where it can spread. This deadly little 'creature' is the reason why scientists love exploring deep underground caves when a new one is discovered.
Nice to see you uploading again, I was afraid you had quit making videos
Thank you so much, and sorry to keep you wating:)
this video is so cool, it's crazy to think places like this still exist to be explored
True, but I also love it, because otherwise I woulden`t have anything to explore:)
Thanks for watching:)
To say you have balls of steel would be an understatement! This is amazing, definitely subscribing. After the music stopped the whole atmosphere of the video changed it was awesomely creepy... stay safe but keep up the great content
All I can say is thank you so much!!
Feedback like this is what motivates me more than anything to make more videoes.
I will also look into making more "natural" atmosphere in my furure videos:)
Have a good one, sir.
Olav XO I actually liked the way the music was used and it was used to great effect!
Olav XO I have to ask when in a situation like this are you scared/nervous or are you calm?
This place is pretty amazing. I like the touch of scary you added with the music as going into such places really does cause a primal reaction that makes your hair stand on end. Glad you didn't go over the top, though. =P
Over the top?
You deserve much more subscribers . Great work and try not to go alone in there .
Great use of the Black Mesa soundtrack in there! Really brings the atmosphere together along with the captions :)
Thank you so much, my friend:)
I am so glad that people with the same taste in videogames and music have the same taste ;)
Tnx for watching my video, sir:)
Love the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. atmosphere of the vid. Nice work.
Thanks a bunch, sir:)
That Half-Life soundtrack at the beginning brought me back some good old memories. Nice video by the way.
Really good! Your channel will grow! Especially when you were featured on a Facebook page
Thanks:)
What was past that steel door at the end of the line? It looked like lights were on..
awesome video man :)
Love it! Cool channel btw! One question: did you notice the shadow at 0:09? It was a spooky intro, it even had a smile XD
Thank you:)
That shadow is me..
Keep smiling and stay tuned for more videos;)
Nice vid! What type of fungus was in their and how did you protect yourself from it?
Hi, I have a question. Due to circumstances I haven't been able to do much urban exploring. I've only visited 4 places, which I happened to cross while on holiday and thanks to older cousins. Now that I am old enough and will go travelling, I am getting increasingly confused. HOW do you find abandoned locations!? Nobody shares it online so it doesn't get an attraction? I am going for a 10 day trip to norway so obviously I don't know the (abandoned) place(s). How do you do your research and find this? I would LOVE to go explore with a photocamera this time.
Subscribed !!! I like your stuff... Keep exploring mate /
Thank you so much, I will:)
I would love to visit places like this, just maybe with a group of friends and during daytime... awesome video
BTW do you know what was the main use for this facility? It looks kinda small for a shelter.
Amazing to see this! Do you go alone in those tunnels??
Hey! Great video. What kind of torch light(s) did you use?
Twas the half life music that got me dude. fits this video really well
i find this stuff more interesting than scary because of the interesting features and atmosphere it has. i guess it tells you alot
Thank you for a Nice upload. So easy and ceap to keep a minimum of maintenance, but wery expensive to clean this up again if needed.
You are so right, sir, exactly my thought as well.
One can only wonder why they would throw so much money out the window:/
Thanks for watching.
Cool video. No don't forget these places....
Another top video
Thanks:)
are the walls made of snow? because it sure looks like ice
Veldig bra video Olav, jeg har selv reist rundt i Norge og har funnet flere steder med lange bunkere. Håper flere videoer er på vei :D
Hei, tusen takk for fine ord:)
Very interesting! I've left a subscribe and thumb up!
great job, the music and this facility really made me think back of Half Life. The best game ever made!
0daan01 Thanks alot, friend. Yeah the Half Life theme seems to fit abandoned constructs Good:)
Gosh this is so cool!
Thanks, I think so too:)
Where is this bunker located?
Muy buen video!
Is there light shining behind the doors at the end of the tunnel? 06:33
do you go on your own or is sb behind you??
Superscary dude! But fucking awesome, that's for sure. Wish i had a facility like that nearby. Keep up the good work. Greetings from The Netherlands! ;-)
Awesome!!
coul it be that the last door was an elevator ?
Sinnsykt!
What is your lantern? Can I find it on amazon?
Watching this video and listening to Baba O'riley from The Who makes it to a total different experience :D It's like joining an exciting discovery instead of a horror movie
Lol, I will make sure to try that sometime:)
Thank for commenting:)
Fascinating i must commend you for telling us to beware and the importance of wearing a mask in these place's,thank you for going out there and sharing, iam now subscribed to you.
How do you make sure you know your way back, do you leave a trail or something or just remember?
Hey there:)
Sometimes I have the map for the place, sometimes I don`t.
I don`t really have a set standard for this, but I guess I regulary check my surroundings to set some marks.
There have been places in the past bigger than this though that I have spent considerable time finding the way out of though;)
Thank you for you comment:)
This is way cool. Thanks
The first half of the vid, that music! :D Did bring back some fallout and dead space "feeling". Thanks mate!
Btw, we need or not, unfortunately if this question comes up I've something else in my head.
What do you think, which would be better: to die in the big boom or to survive and living in a world where no civilisation anymore, no sustainability, even the people whom survives have no trust and fear others. Killing for the rest of the food, if you have eat anything at all etc...
Thank you so much for the nice words, I am glad you liked it:)
I can go on and on about these things, being a huge fan of the works of Cormac Mccarty etc.
I guess all I really want is for my familiy to be safe if something should happen.
The rest I guess I would have to figure out once it actually happended.
Hope that we never have to thinking on it.
what was the red kind of light coming from behind the door at the end of the line?
That was the streetlight from outside the bunker:)
Thanks for watching:)
This is awesome
And so are you, good sir:)
Thanks for watching.
Very nice use of Black Mesa's soundtrack.
Hei, hvor i norge er denne bunkern her a?
It´s a good point to think about. I would prefer if we dont forget all the old Shelters.. Even here in Germany are many Old Shelters, that never ever will be used again due to mold, instability, etc. It is just horrible to think about what would happen when we really need them.. The gouverment could easily "renovate" all these Shelters, just to feel more safe or.. Like you´ve said, to have them around just in case.. // Great Video, Thank you.
You and me are the same I think, because I 100% agree with what yuo say here.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this and thank you for watching:)
its scary and great. keep it up
is that ice covering the walls or it's just the rock of the mountain? btw great video man!
Nah, i think it's just the rock
Man, you're so brave. Cheerd bud! 😀
Thank you so much for your nice feedbcak, my friend:)
Cheers from norway:)
awsome vid
this channel is under rated
Thank you, good sir:)
Nice to see you again:)
Olav XO surprised you still remember me :)
Dude, you`ve been with me and supporting my channel for over 2 years.
Off course I remember you...
You are one of the main reasons I feel bad when not uploading somehting for a long time:)
Olav XO wow 2 years already its gone so fast its sad to see a great channel with hardly no support, i mean there is a lot of other similar channels not even close to as good as yours and have like 200k subs it's strange but I'll be around until you stop making videos :)
Dude, that really means a lot.
Thank you so much for your support.
Please make sure to share my channel whereever you can and I will do my best to make more videoes..
What is in the end of the tunnel, behind the metal door?
That was the outside, my friend, hence the caption; "end of the line"
Thanks for watching:)
New vid! Yay!
weeee:)
Been waiting for a new one a while now! :) Actually, a month or so back I literally had my finger on the mouse considering unsubscribing to your channel, thinking it was cold/abandoned. But I thought "Nah, let's give Olav a couple more months.." Good thing I waited, haha. Never again.. ;P
By the way, hope you get a chance to make a video of the old ww2 bunker at Lade up here in Trondheim. I think there already is one from that site on YT, but would be cool to see your take on it ;)
Boy am I glad I made it in time:)
Thanks buddy:)
I know I`ve been cheating you by not uploading anything recently, but finding these places is difficult and finding the time it takes if I do find one is even harder..
Once again, thanks for staying subbed, it really means a lot to me:)
I will definitely look into the Lade bunker, and you`ll be the first to know if I go there.
Cheers.
olavXO
The lone survivor of Vault 101...
Aye, that`s me:)
Is this in Bergen? Do you have any further info about where? :)
No man, not in Bergen.
I never tell the location of these places publicly, but I can tell you that this is relatively close to the capitol.
This is really cool! At the "end of the line" there was an orange glow coming from behind the door? What was this? :)
Thank you, missy:)
The orange light you see is the streetlight on the outside of the facility:)
Thank you for watching my video:)
Olav XO Ah! thought it might be something super mysterious! thank you for replying!! :)
I would never have left if there was something mysterious left to discover, you can be sure of that:)
Thank you so much for your time, missy:)
Damn, this is some good stuff
Thanks:)
That place must have been pretty scary with that loud ominous music blasting throughout.
Oh it sure was, I wonder where the DJ sat;)
Thanks for watching:)
Thanks for posting, I enjoyed the video :)
Kul film, kanskje litt mindre spot på løkta di.
So wait a second... what was in the last room you didn't go in? I'm highly curious
That is the end of the line, what you see through the door is the outside.
Thanks for watching:)
And I am afraid to go to my basement alone hahah. Great video balls of still
very nice, I like it :D
And I like you too:)
Thanks for watching:)
Olá Olav.
Cara este refugio é sinistro seria um bunker contra ataque nuclear?
Abraço! Rio de Janeiro Brazil
The answer to your question is kind of clear now ;D we could need bunkers.
What was made in this factory? do you know?
It was not a factory, but a shelter that also worked as a communication-central for the civil protection.
In an emergency people in the local area might be ordered into this shelter and the Norwegian Civil Protection Unit would operate the place untill further notice.
Nice video.
Thanks for your time:)
What are those circular things on the wall about a minute in?
Vents maybe?
What he sais!
Ventilation, probably with shock covers, to prevent shockwaves from outside explosions to get into the facility.
Sweet!!
Do you ever plan on discovering places with reported paranormal activity
I don`t really believe in that stuff.
But if you watch some of my other videoes you`ll see some truly amazing places, many of them are supposed to be haunted.
I`ve never experienced anything out of the ordinary though, but that`s maybe because I really don`t believe in it.
Thank you so much for wathcing:)
where can i find such locations?
SkyWork you do research. Usually spending hours, days, weeks, (it never ends...) crawling the web, military documents, local history and keep in contact with others with the same hobby:)

1 Kelly Bayley- Echoes of a resonance cascade.
2 Joel Nielsen - Inbound, Pt. 2
3 Joel Nielsen - Power up
This shelter is not enough deep underground to maintain population alive. Curently builded shelters have minimum 50m deep below ground. For military and special purposes, they build 200m underground.
I saw one with geothermal reactor - They can survive 130 Years. ( designed running time )
Congratulations! We look at what is :)
Good bug out hiding place or hiding supplies sweet
Hei, hvor i landet ligger denne?
Det kan jeg dessverre ikke fortelle deg.
Takk for at du så på.
Was waiting for something to jump out.. Bloody movies 😂😂
Lol, sorry to dissapoint you:)
Very interesting though.. Good vid
Why does Every urban explorer use half life and black mesa music foir their vids?
Because the music is friggin` awesome, and the industrial/mysterious theme suits these locations very well.
At least I think so:)
Thanks for watching:)
Wasnt you a little scared?

I am on your side, sir..
Thanks for watching:)
The powercable provides power?? I thought that was for the internet.
