hang on ... was D'vorah's being killed by Syzoth really canon? The last time I saw D'vorah was after she killed Hanzo then she was caught and forced to tell where Kronika's island was located in Mk 11 but that's about it after that .. she just disappeared but I'd imagine she was killed afterwards. I only knew D'vorah from Mk X to 11 but Reptile wasn't on either but he was in Mk9 back then.
