Always you have great and cheap ideas!!! Jewelry can be hard to store sometimes.
I have another tip. I litteraly grabbed a branch from a garden, insert some nails and mounted on the wall. I store my necklaces, it is easy, cheap but with big impact.

I clean my wedding ring and engagement ring in undiluted ammonia. That's why my mother-in-law's jeweler told her years ago. I wear her first engagement ring, and that's 63 years old! My father-in-law gave her a bigger ring when she turned 60. I love family heirlooms and it turns out that the ring is very flattering on me.
You named it dollar Tree Jewelry, but some of your stuff was brought in other stores. I suggest taking that part out.

She said it was called Touch of Purple, I am not sure that its recommended for jewelry but ask your jeweler, they sell stuff for both gold and silver.
