I listened to the entire podcast on Spotify, and I'm starting to realize that the majority of our problems stem from people holding too tightly to ideologies, faiths, political views, and so on. People need to loosen up, be more honest, and treat each other better.
Maajid used to have a regular and incredibly popular show on LBC. He spoke out about vaccine mandates and they got rid of him. He's on the left and I've had the pleasure of chatting with him on a number of occasions. I used to call into his show and he has always been incredibly balanced. He also held some rather suspect views in his youth. However, he realised the error of his ways and has frequently discussed it in an open & honest manner. We all make mistakes. We're only human.
he's still working for them: he's just adjusted his views to be allowed to operate behind enemy lines. you can clearly understand that when he laughs about "We didn't do any attack: we were just talking" when describing his information warfare campaigns.

I grew up in the same area as Maajid. I was close friends with some of his friends and I've even played basketball with him as a teenager. He was an acquaintance rather than a friend. I was playing ball one day at the park opposite his family's shop. He came over with a teenager that he'd caught stealing from the shop. The basketball court was busy as it was a popular spot. Maajid didn't call the cops. He told everyone there that this guy was a thief and to remember his face. Once he'd finished doing that he then gave this guy a life lesson in choices and consequences in front of us all. Maajid could have only been maybe 17 or 18. He always gave off an air of being a thinker and deeper than almost any other young person around.
The last hour of this podcast was extremely powerful. You could see Joe becoming increasingly worried as the facts Maajid was laying out made more and more sense. I really hope he’s got it wrong.

One of the Best podcasts I’ve ever seen. Maajid is level headed with a good soul.
Maajid used to have a regular and incredibly popular show on LBC. He spoke out about vaccine mandates and they got rid of him. He's on the left and I've had the pleasure of chatting with him on a number of occasions. I used to call into his show and he has always been incredibly balanced. He also held some rather suspect views in his youth. However, he realised the error of his ways and has frequently discussed it in an open & honest manner. We all make mistakes. We're only human.
he's still working for them: he's just adjusted his views to be allowed to operate behind enemy lines. you can clearly understand that when he laughs about "We didn't do any attack: we were just talking" when describing his information warfare campaigns.

I grew up in the same area as Maajid. I was close friends with some of his friends and I've even played basketball with him as a teenager. He was an acquaintance rather than a friend. I was playing ball one day at the park opposite his family's shop. He came over with a teenager that he'd caught stealing from the shop. The basketball court was busy as it was a popular spot. Maajid didn't call the cops. He told everyone there that this guy was a thief and to remember his face. Once he'd finished doing that he then gave this guy a life lesson in choices and consequences in front of us all. Maajid could have only been maybe 17 or 18. He always gave off an air of being a thinker and deeper than almost any other young person around.
