Dani be one of my fav tennis players.
She literally was my favorite for such a long time. She really played against strong competitors
I supported her a lot too, being right in the prime of the Williams era was hard to compete with , but she kept moving forward and played better
Felt so sorry for Dani during that match. She was the better player on the day but just had a mental block. Pity she never reached a Grand Slam final in singles ☹️
I loved watching daniela , but she drone crazy when she lost matches she was in total control of , a beautiful lady for sure

That handshake for me is unforgettable.
Why? She did a handshake and was very sad. Its not all hugs and kisses. Hantuchova is a great person and very respectful always so she can get away with one lesser handshake
It's good that finally she admited that she lost the match because Ivanovic started to play better.
Ivanovic def w gamesmanship...i remember that well. But 4 sure Dani coulde capitalised in her start
Hantuchoker blaming the loss on her opponents shoes squeaking was hilarious
Eventually Ivanovic was much better player!
